It's taking a month for my referrals so I called and no one ever worked on them. Very disappointed.

My 85 year old father came in to see Dr. Ghassan Hadi with shortness of breath and to review results of chest xray. Chest xray showed pneumonia with moderate pleural effusion. Dr. Hadi was aware of the shortness of breath and he gave an albuterol inhaler and sent my father home. As my father's primary care physician, not once did this doctor recommend or encourage my father to go to the ER. My father needed IV antibiotics and a chest tube to drain the pus in his lungs and stayed in the hospital for 2 weeks. This is total neglect of appropriate medical care on this doctor's part and I would not want this to happen with another patient. If I could put zero stars I would. read more

Dr Hadi has been the doctor for my aunt who is 82 years old. Great doctor and office staff! Very kind and always available to help us and also the NP at his office. To begin this, Dr Hadi saved my life in the ER from a stroke. He was very kind to my family and thorough in my treatment which is why I chose to use him as my primary provider. In his office he is great at explaining medical issues and doesn't mess around with unnecessary testing or medications which I love! He is very knowledgeable in his explaining topics and doesn't rush through the appointment. What impressed me was he wanted to get records from my hospital stay so he popped out of the exam room and told his staff to get them "now" and within minutes he was accessing the records in the room. If I had to complain about anything, sometimes getting his staff to actually answer the phone is a pain or they forget to give the paperwork for the orders before you leave. read more

Had my first appointment with Dr. Hadi 2-3 weeks ago and was very impressed with Dr. Hadi, he was very knowledgeable and was on-point with my symptoms and medical analysis. However, I have made the decision to switch this Dr.'s office because of my negative experience with the office staff on several occasions. First, I had the misfortune of coordinating with Tescia who was terrible at customer service and unprofessional. She had the nerve to lie to me twice over the phone which I did not appreciate at all. I proceeded to submit a complaint/feedback to Amanda through e-mail regarding my negative experience (the other admin staff who works at the front desk/answers the phone) and did not get so much as a response back or acknowledgment. Second, until now (2-3 weeks later), I still have not received my medicine at the pharmacy and have not been able to sleep properly. I literally called the Dr office on 4 separate occasions on 4 different days after my initial appointment to follow-up on my prescriptions as I still do not have my prescribed medicine as of today. Each of the receptionists I spoke to would say they will look into it and that prescription will be ready today and they would call me back. Not a single call back or follow-up (even when I e-mailed). I have given up at this point and am changing Dr's office; I have been to about 6-7 Dr's offices/business in my entire life and this office is by far the WORST ONE EVER! As many other reviews stated, Dr. Hadi is actually fine but it's the office staff that are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL AND DANGEROUS FOR PATIENTS WHO ACTUALLY HAVE MEDICAL ISSUES THAT NEED ATTENTION! I would give zero stars if I could. Dr Hadi is fine. It's his staff. They tell you they will call in your prescriptions You go to the pharmacy. They don't have them. Pharmacy calls Hadis office. I was given the wrong test results for my pap smear last year and now they refuse to give me the results of my mammogram until a phone appointment is set up. The soonest I can do that won't be for another 10 days! This of course is so they can bill my insurance for a huge amount of money for only a few minutes on the phone. I was also put on hold and left there for almost an hour. To make matters even worse, the office staff is extremely rude every time I contact them, so I am going to find another doctor with better staff! read more

Dr. Hadi ignores obvious things, my grandmother told him that her urine was like "pineapple juice" he ignored it, months later we had to take her to the emergency room for much needed antibiotics. He did send her to specialist that just want to carve her up, but nothing in the way of mitigating treatment in the short term. She ended up having an abscess from the infection and major infection in her body. I would not send my cat to this guy for a band-aid. When trying to see the doctor they schedule you out so far that they recommend you go to urgent care instead. At this point I think I'd trust a doctor from Tijuana than this guy. read more

I refuse to address Ghassan as Dr. Hadi because he should not be a doctor in the first place. I took an appointment to see my results from my blood work, when I saw he he never said what I had and he said that my situation is VERY DIFFICULT. Then I called to have a receptionist answer to say she would tell the office when it opens to call me 3 o'clock comes around no call back, I call back and she says the phone lines have been very bussy. 4: 55 now and no call back. I am very impressed with Dr Hadi's staff and office. I was taken to an exam room on time. The waiting and exam rooms are immaculate. Probably the cleanest doctors' office I've seen in years. I was seen promptly , and my concerns were addressed. Dr Hadi is very compassionate, but very businesslike. He won't waste your time, and expects the same from his patients. Doctor Hadi is the best Doctor in Upland, CA. He cares about you and does everything he can to help you. He is serious but if you have a sense of humor you can get him to laugh, as I have. I love Dr. Hadi and his office staff! He is always friendly, caring, professional and respectful of his patients. And his NP Jennifer is super friendly and professional as well. His staff has always been very accommodating in regards to an RX, orders, referrals or results. Wait times are kept to a minimum (and who doesn't appreciate that.) I am a first time patient and my appointment was at 10:30am, they made me wait till 11:45 and when the doctor came with my test result, I asked him a question and he wasn't clear so I want to clarify. He was mad and angry and said that he wasted 15m though he was in the room for 5m only and that I can seek another doctor if I gonna waste his time as he doesn't have time for that, so I told him to give me my test result to go to another doctor and to cancel my husband appointment as we wanted a doctor to treat us not to take a picture with him and put it on Facebook. Dr. Ghassan Hadi is the poorest excuse for a doctor my husband and I have seen in our 74 years of life. My husband had a stroke 5 months ago and is in a lot of pain. The first time he saw my husband he asked him about his heart attack. He didn't have a heart attack but a stroke. Apparantly he doesn't read charts before he sees a fairly new patient. I'm not able to take care of him by myself and Dr. Hadi has done nothing to help me get more than 1 shower weekly. To get medication refilled is a nightmare because they rarely answer the phone and their voice mail box is always full. Then he had the nerve to ask me where the proof is that I called or that Home Health Care called. He literally yelled at me and my husband asked him to not be disrespectful to me. He just yelled again and wouldn't answer my questions or fill out necessary requisitions for a ankle brace that needed to be done. He will not obey medicare guidelines, so he just refuses to help. He is very inconsiderate, rude and I'm telling everyone I know not to ever call him because he won't answer the phone. My husband is actually going out of state to get the necessary help he needs. His family already has 3 doctor appointments for him and I have to wait months. It's not bad enough that my husband is suffering daily, but to have to put up with health care like this is an abomination. He has medicare and a supplemental insurance for health and prescriptions. It's good insurance that he pays a great deal of money for monthly, and to be treated so poorly is inexcusable. We are still waiting to see if he will get him the much needed brace so that he can walk without pain. But, we aren't holding our breath. I have worked many years for doctors in private practice and City of Hope and have never, ever seen a professional behave in this manner. There are too many wonderful doctors out there, but he sure isn't one of them. read more

I had this doctor for over 2 years and have only been to him once. I do work during the day so I have to schedule appointments on my day off. He's only there mostly in the mornings so its hard for me to get seen.. wen I do try to schedule appointment his not in. I made AN appointment with him for Monday around 3 n wen I showed up the girl told me I wasnt on his schedule that they didnt have me. This happend to me twice its such an in convience. I have been a registered nurse for nearly 20 years. Dr. Hadi is an excellent doctor. His staff is responsive to patient needs - especially, Sarah. I do prepare for my visit - am well organized - and bring my medication list and current problems list. I advise him in writing of the specialist I have seen and try to bring the reports. It goes smooth. Dr. Hadi referred me to specialists and he and his staff really went out of their way to get approvals despite me having a difficult insurance situation. Couldn't ask for more. This is a Dr. you can tell cares about his patience and and his profession. On my first appt. a lady came in without an appointment and was complaining of being sick. The staff made room for on what was already a busy day. Dr. Hadi makes a concerted effort to listen to your complaints and symptoms and does no guess work in trying to make a diagnosis. This is a horrible practice office. The Dr. himself seems to be a nice person but he needs to get his office together. On my first visit after waiting for a while my appointment was very rushed and short. The front desk forgot to give me some of the paper work needed for follow up at the end of the visit. The staff are very rude and give wrong information all the time. I have never been able to make an appointment with him after because every time I call his front desk says he is not available for the next few months! Even to make an appointment for a physician assistant there you need to wait for weeks! What is the point of having a primary physician if you cannot make an appointment with? I was told I had to wait for weeks before I could get my blood results. So I decided to change my doctor, therefore I asked to a get a copy of my results to take to my new doctor. I had to call them multiple times and they refused to give me a copy every time for a different made up reason.
