I really needed this appt today and the front desk lady Veronica was ready to CANCEL my appt, even though I told her I would be willing to pay today's copay and pay the other one in the days to follow on my payday. As I was really in need of today's appt, which I expressed multiple times! Luckily Joanna the other front desk miss saw my desperation and stepped in and made this a much easier process. I think it's important to honor policy and do your job but I was really looking for some compassion since I wasn't preprared financially for two copays. For now however the office experience was decent the ladies were friendly. As far as being efficient not so much at all, unsure of it's the office environment, lack of efficiency expectations but it's something. There is a lack of efficiency in customer service in public spheres but since we are locked in until open enrollment we will make the best of it.
