I decided take the IPad to an Apple Store in Edmonton at the Southgate mall. The staff was welcoming as soon as we walked in and handed us over to Page for help with the activation of the iPad. First of all, Page was very understanding and so helpful and so knowledgeable and so patient with us Senior Citizens. She definitely knows what she's doing and she is the best! I've been to Apple Stores back in the US but no one has been as helpful and friendly and technically knowledgeable as she is! Thanks, Page for the great service. I went into the south Apple Store awhile back and bought a new phone, everything went great…read more . the next dat I got an alert on my telephone banking app that there was fraudulent charges on my account, I had so many purchases on my card from the Apple Store that they drained my account, 72 small purchases made by someone in the Apple Store , they just kept going until my account was empty . the thing is I was very careful about putting in my pins when anyone was close to me so I'm sure that they were able to get my numbers from the store security cameras.. the bank did refund my money and started an investigation into this, be very careful and don't trust anyone in the store and.change any passwords that may have been compromised during your visit

Went in today to buy an Apple Watch 4 series. We explained to him that if he had originally told us the higher price we wouldn't have decided purchased it. He gave us attitude and then called over the other sales person who said that "sometimes his (the original sales person) doesn't speak loudly enough and that it's happened before." It was very unprofessional behaviour and I would definitely not recommend shopping at this store if the sales people can't even properly communicate the prices of their products.

Phoned Memory Express on the South side of Edmonton and Reese, (a human being), answered and understood what I needed and exactly how to procure it. At the moment, they are just not able to answer the phones due to sheer volume and staffing, so calling for curbside or other information is not possible. It's a pandemic...everyone take a breath, they will still help you out - and with a smile! There is NO in-person shopping. I'd definitely recommend shopping online, getting all your screen shots or part numbers on a list before you arrive to not waste the staff's time as they are BUSY. I arrived and the parking lot wasn't very busy - good sign. There were only a couple of folks ahead of me, and the floor is clearly marked for physical distancing, and someone was at the door to direct guests. Staff were all super busy, and I went late at night to avoid people... the staff were cheerful, HELPFUL, and went to great lengths to find the borescope/endoscope camera I came for (the website said there were 8 in stock,) so it was just a matter of finding their hiding spot. It took two staff to locate it, and locate it they did. I felt safe, staff sanitized the PIN pad after every guest, and I witnessed frequent cleaning by all the staff at the registers. I like to shop local... a lot, and I want to keep my IT peeps fed and housed. I like having a local shop that I can return or exchange items if there's an issue, and Memory Express does that and more for my personal and work needs. Ordering online... you can do that too! They definitely ship, and I wouldn't hesitate except I needed it sooner than later to check my vent for birds/nests - yes it's November/December, but I don't want to block any feathered friends inside before putting on the screening! The only location offering Curbside right now is in Manitoba, however, with the upcoming new restrictions in Alberta, check with them on Monday...that may change!

They also fix metal eyeglass frames. If you need a battery for your key fob, they do that too. The counter is beside the photo-lab. The store staff were good about answering my questions. Set it for 10pm-8am and it was on all day. Took it back the next day, the Koodo idiot who sold it to me refused to talk to me. Met with the mgr the following day, he acknowledged, when I demonstrated it, that sure enuf the DND function didnt work. He had to phone Kodoo cust support. So I stood there for 1.5 hr while he waited on hold and ended up telling me there was nothing he could do. Now, 4ish months later the the phone lowers the volume to zero itself so I miss all calls, the screen has become a bit unresponsive, the DND still doesnt work and every time I wake up the phone the screen says "No Photo Selected. Called Koodo customer service, got a recording telling me they recognize my phone number and theyve sent me an email with a cust srvc link, which took me to a chatbot which ( txt only) asked me to define the problem. I typed it all in twice each at both numbers and all the chatbot would do was reset and ask me to define the problem. Called the other worst cust srvc company in the world, Telus (Koodo owners). Waited half an hour, explained the issues, he connected me with someone in El Salvadore who didnt speak much English and kept asking me the same questions over and over. Ended up, after 1.5 hours telling me to take it to some other Koodo store and explain the problem to them. CRAP PHONE $ UBER CRAP COMPANY.

Stopped by on a Sunday afternoon because my iPhone screen was cracked and getting worse. You go in the front door and straight up a rather steep flight of stairs, where you'll find a couple of counters and phone accessory displays. One lone guy was working that Sunday but he was happy to help. I have an iPhone 6S which is a few years old now, but they nonetheless had different colours of replacement screen in stock, and he quoted me a great price to do the replacement. Unfortunately he'd injured his wrist recently so said he'd take a little longer than normal, but I left the phone with him for an hour and went to do some shopping over on Gateway and it was all done by the time I came back. Super helpful and friendly service, good prices, and they seem to keep a good stock selection of spare screens too. He even threw in a tempered glass protector for free. Would certainly recommend this place to anyone needing replacement phone glass, and although I hope I won't need another replacement any time soon, I'll certainly go back if I do need a new screen again. Two thumbs up!
