Decent amount of parking and if the lot fills up, there's street parking around. Super friendly service as well. I personally love when breweries get creative and have fun with their flavors, and the selection at Bolero was super diverse, there's literally something for everyone here. We ordered a flight and ordered the Ube sour and did not expect it to taste the way it did at all. It's a sweet creamy drink. The Brazilian lager was a good laid back drink too. We bought a hard orange seltzer pack and the ube pack to go. Note that the ube 4 pack is a 2 can ube and 2 can matcha. I was told the matcha tastes just like the ube so maybe it's creamy too? The crispy cauliflower was excellent -- hot, actually crispy, and not drowning in sauce which I really appreciated. The lamb ribs came over labneh (a yogurt base) and the first plate arrived with the lamb cold. I asked our waitress if that was intentional and she said only the labneh should be cold. They know I have allergies and always let me know what is safe. That level of customer care says everything.

Best to eat before you arrive. Overall, Silk City Distillery has remained consistent since my last visit. They also offered a handful of regular and high-top tables, which we were easy to obtain on that afternoon (given the outdoor options as well), but typically reservations were recommended. Though the seating was comfortable, the temperature was not. In fact, it was freezing in there, and we, along with a lot of other parties, switched tables multiple times to find the best fit. We approached the counter to order from their lengthy cocktail list, which included standard and more custom cocktails. I decided on their rendition of a Lime Rickey, asking for it to be made with their gin. The tart, sour, and sweet drink was light and refreshing. I enjoyed each sip so much that I wound up getting a second round. While many distilleries offer a few types of alcohol and a handful of cocktails, the Silk City Distillery went above and beyond with their vast array of options. I've been wanting to come here for a while now but didn't get the chance to until last week. It's in a great location and the brewery itself is open and vibey as can be. We got there about an hour before closing so we didn't end up getting to listen to the music that was playing as they were packing up as we came. I hope we get there earlier next time as we love listening to live music as we sip excellent beers. The beers were spectacular. I had the Local IPA and my gf had the Sour City: POG. The server was very welcoming and friendly. There was probably 8-10 people there when we came and everyone was happy, smiling, and enjoying themselves and their beers. I finally went to the brewery and the atmosphere was very nice. There was a chill environment with some live music playing. The server was very welcoming and helpful making suggestions and recommendations. Unfortunately, we tried three different beers and all of them were warm! I'm sure there must have been a problem with their refrigeration because that's not the way to serve beer. I left and went to Hackensack brewery where they always serve cold beer. Sorry but they need to address the refrigeration issue before I can go there.
