They were quietly discontinued between 2020-2022. But there's a couple on the internet, such as Amazon. I was told to go to this store to have the sticker printed out. The minute I walked in, it was cold and it almost smelled like a freshly painted house. It reminded me of the time I moved into my new home with my family. The female employee was kind and straightforward with me as I explained to her why I need to return this. Then she told me how to get a QR code but because it was a return replacement order. There wasn't a QR code. So she told me to call customer service. But I insisted on just paying this whole thing and get it over with. There was another family walking in, and the woman was holding some papers for Notary reasons. The female employee told me that she had to handle the customers with notary and that her male colleague would help me. Her male colleague got everything printed out and put my pencils into a blue bag to be shipped out to Amazon. The price was $6.49. $2 for the bag and $4 for the return sticker label. Good thing it wasn't expensive. I told him my story and he was incredibly understanding.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. I knew that I placed this order last minute and I knew I was an amateur with the design, but Z made my vision into reality. Z, thank you so much for everything. Your work is impeccable! It was a big waste of time and money 1,000 down the drain, this guy is so unprofessional. I placed the order Nov 25th and asked if it would be ready before january 3rd and he said yes that it takes about 2 weeks to get everything done and that was a big LIE. He came to take the pictures with a regular phone when we were thinking it would've been a camera first red flag and then he wasn't answering our calls and said only "text". Weeks almost a month goes by and he still isn't done designing it ? I told him the changes and he would do the opposite. He's all over the place saying he's busy with other orders when i paid him to do that, he kept going back to "you signed a contract" to excuse him taking long . He kept saying send me a email with you canceling the order , i never sent the email he just texted me you canceled the order and kept my 1,000 and said speak to my lawyer . This is unprofessional we had an opening with out the menus and i ended doing my own menus in 2 days which i should've done since the start. I've been really busy but will look into the lawyer thing because the contract says "Define Design Printing has the right to cancel this invoice / contract at any time."
