I spoke to a good friend of mine that is a local Nurse. She recommended I take him to Dr Riley, unfortunately his health deteriorated so fast when we made the appointment for Dr Riley, it was to put him down, as we didn't want to watch our sweet boy suffer. I felt so bad for her as well, as her first appointment was to put him down, she was absolutely so caring and wonderful, the entire office. It was the hardest thing to do but they helped us through it. We will be going back to see Dr Riley as soon as we get another dog, and very thankful we found her.

I am so happy I chose to go here. Both dogs had complete exams and I thought we would need to update their shots. Found out that they are good until next year. WOOHOO!! Money saved. We also found out that Max, our Yorkie, needs dental surgery as he has a retained baby canine tooth...He just turned 4 in February. I can't believe no other vet he has seen even pointed it out as causing problems. He will go in on Wednesday so I will update then. JoonBug, our Chihuahua, has a heart murmur and here eyes are going hazy. She turned 11 that day and we were told that this is normal for dogs her age. I left there feeling so good and with money remaining in my pocket. The doctor and her staff was very caring. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a new vet.

She was extremely responsive, communicative, and took the time to explain help me learn about my Aussie. Mary did an incredible job gently cleaning my girl's overgrown undercoat out without rushing the process. You can tell she truly cares about the comfort and wellbeing of the animals she works with. She also took extra precautions with my Aussie's sensitive hips, which meant a lot to me. She looks healthier, happier, and so much more comfortable. Dr. Hofer responded to all of my panicked texts (my vet was refusing to administer care to my cat) before she had even met me which really helped me feel better (so, two for one!). While I can't say my cat is thrilled to see Dr. Hofer, she allows her to do what she needs to do. Having a vet come to the house, once a month in our case, is a life saver. I got there at 10:47am and I was given a paper to fill out with her info and the lady in the front was asking more questions and then just told me to wait. I waited for a total of about 50 mins before they came to get here. They got her to the back around 11:35pm. I waited and until 12:20pm to be told They needed to keep her some more time to do some tests. I picked her up around 3:30pm. The ladies were nice and answered all the questions I had but the wait was a lot. I understand she was a new client but the main vet seemed overworked. It seems like there is only one vet for the entire office which seems like there is an understaffing issue. We had an ok experience overall. I would be willing to try this place one more time because of how knowledgeable and how well they explain things. It's just the wait and how long the visit took that really threw me off.

I'm not sure if she knows her office is turning away sick clients due to vaccinations. I have a ten year old dog who has had issues with chronic diarrhea and they refused to see him unless I gave him a rabies shot. He has had all his vaccines in time all his life but he's ten now and having issues and the last thing I am doing is adding more toxicity. I asked for a titer test instead they refused when we all know those vaccines last 7 years or more. Since when is it their job to police these things ? They send constant emails with specials on toxic meds that kill dogs like nexgard and heartgard. They don't care about my animal #firstdonoharm.

I've never done mobile grooming before and I wish I would of known about it sooner! Lynda is wonderful! She came right to our house, parked in our driveway, to do Greta's hair. I love that Greta was the only client and she was getting constant attention (which Greta loves too). Best part she was not shaking after the hair cut. I highly recommend Lynda, especially if your pet stresses over going to the groomer. Also, if you have an outdoor plug for Lynda to use, that will be handy. We wouldn't have recognized that and known what to do with it if it weren't for Holly. We initially started seeing Holly because my doctor recommended I look into training my dog as a service dog. My doctor recommended Holly as a reputable trainer, as she's heard positive feedback about Holly from other patients. I reached out to Holly, we discussed goals, then did virtual training sessions over FaceTime over the course of a few months. From the very first session, Holly's guidance was leading us to great results. Our dog used to pull like crazy for entire walks, but now she's much more polite. It has made walking her much more enjoyable, and now we bring her way more places. What sets Holly apart is that she doesn't just resort to one strategy to train a dog - she pivots to new ideas if the initial approach doesn't work. For example, when training my dog to not jump at other dogs on walks, Holly had the creative idea to sit 25 yards from a PetSmart entrance and practice "leave it" so my dog could practice disengaging with other dogs from afar.
