When I contacted Restful Paws, I didn't know what to expect. In fact, I felt bad crying on the phone because I couldn't imagine trying to talk to someone like me at that moment. But the staff couldn't be more understanding and supportive. Unlike making end of life decisions for your fur baby, the process of scheduling this appointment was very easy. Restful Paws asked all the right questions, set the expectations, and made this process that much easier. And on the day of, Dr. Ami arrived promptly at the scheduled time. She was very caring and understanding, and she put all of us at ease. We could not have asked for a better last day for our Sodapop. I'm thankful that we reached out to restful pause, and grateful that they were able to come to our house to help us get through this phase. I am a foster for 21 years and it's still very hard when I have a kitten that suddenly declines rapidly. Dr Rader was exceptional with her special care taking my kitten immediately and working on her. She came out and updated me regularly, keeping me in the loop. She gave me the full story with the kitten and then kindly gave me all the possible scenarios and options. IronHorse was very respectful to me as a foster that is part of a group, and they also felt confident with the care I was giving the kitten .
