It was amazing . I was so scared to get out of my car, I had to climb through the window of the passenger seat to exit the vehicle. I also had to climb on to a concrete wall that dropped about 20 feet on the other side of it while speeding cars were within arms distance. I'm grateful beyond words for the kindness of the towing agent who talked me through the whole experience. In fact, he had a pick-up scheduled elsewhere are re-routed to me because I he recognized that I was in a dangerous location. Even more impressive was how he took my car home and delivered it to my boyfriend without my help because that day I was on my way to hosting a high profile event for a construction project nearby. I ended up waiting over starting about 10:30pm for them to tell me they could offer a different driver with an extra wait time of another 60-90 minutes. At this point I requested a refund in which they tried to argue with me about it. I did eventually have a refund processed and I am now waiting for that to go back to my account.
