This is a review for a service I requested last year, I contacted this business for a dent repair and the communication was super clear. They told me they were able to do it and the technician will show up in 2 hrs. When the technician came, it was around 7pm, he started working on the car, but since it was getting late and he had his kid with him that day, he told me that's the best he could do. I was going to leave a 1 star review. But they did pulled the dent out as much as they can. Eventually this year I found another dent repair person to finish their unfinished job. Wish they would have been a bit more transparent about their work, if they couldn't do it should have told me more upfront. For others who's looking for a dent repair service, these guys are not bad but I would really evaluate your dent first and if it's on the body line and they didn't have time to do it. Spend a bit more a go somewhere else. For the money I spent here I don't think I was getting the value I deserved, but this business had a few good reviews so I gave them a try. read more

Can't believe I forgot to submit my review. My partner got sideswiped on the way to work and the person that hit him just drove off like it was nothing. He was too nervous to go through insurance (he didn't want his payments to go up) so we turned to Yelp go look for a shop to take the car into. I started to look for shops then I realized I could use the find a shop feature. 5 shops messaged me within minutes but this was one of the first ones and the easiest to communicate with. I was able to submit photos and get a quote within minutes. I do believe that this is a business who routes you to other small shops (it's like the middle man) The person that was messaging me was so nice and attentive making sure to settle all of my concerns and telling me that things could be done correctly, in a cost friendly manner and soon. Based on the photos I uploaded he gave me a ballpark quote but asked me to text him more photos for a more accurate quote. After sending him the photos he was able to tell 'em that there was a little bit more damage then he initially thought so the quote would be higher, ended up being 300 more (totally not what I thought). When I told him I was ready to continue he set me up with a shop in Sunnyvale, sent me the address and said that I could bring the car in today and it could get looked at or I could drop it off and it could get started on repairs. I took my car to Marlin in Sunnyvale (one of the sweetest guys ever) he looked over the damaged and said yes he could fix it for the quote and if I wanted I could leave the car today so he can begin to strip the car to get the parts (he drove me back to my partners job and began the repairs) Later that day I dropped off my cash payment (payment is due up front, unless an increase in the payment is needed) I dropped my car to Marlin on a Monday and he told me my car would be ready by Thursday, maybe Friday. He kept in tough throughout the process of fixing my car and he event sent photos to update me on how it was looking. One of the lights took a little longer to arrive from the dealership so my car was ready on Saturday by noon. I was unable to pick it up on Saturday so Marlin allowed my partner to pick up the car on Sunday even though he was closed. I would for sure recommend this company and Marlin to get your car repaired! read more

So I somehow managed to drive into the side of my garage while pulling in to park, and half of my front bumper popped out as I was attempting to reverse out of my problems. My car was left with a nasty looking scar and a bumper being held up with duct tape. It was not a great look. The location was a shop in Sunnyvale that was a little challenging to find, it look me a couple loops around the block until I got it right. I called and spoke to the owner at 939am for a dent repair on my Civic Type R right side A pillar and he quickly got me scheduled with one of his Master technician at noon and he worked within my schedule. Luis A arrived at my place and he was very professional. He assessed the dent and quickly got to work. He explained the process as he masterfully removed the dent on the A pillar. As a former detailer, I subjected Luis' work to my strictest scrutiny, and his work was flawless. He came to my location and got to work immediately on my car's multiple door dings. Luis worked with such confidence and showcased masterful skill--each adjustment he made was deliberate, progressed toward the goal, and exuded his understanding of the exact amount of pressure needed to push a dent out. I sent them a text, they told me to send them pictures of the car. At first they told me they would have a tech come over so we set up a time. They said Tuesday 3-5pm. So I waited. No show.
