The most disgusting customer service I have ever experienced in my life! My car got wrongfully towed when I parked my car on the side of the street for less than 3 minutes with my emergency lights on. I quickly got towed and called in, and the man on the phone yelled at me saying "that's not my problem, I will call you back." I waiting with my 1 year old baby on the side of the street at 10pm for 20 mins for a response. What I just saw this tow truck driver do was deplorable. First, while the driver was driving through the complex slowly, another young man was checking for tags in windows of the cars. I got towed from a parking lot at my cousins apartment. The sign stated that the parking spots were for future residents during 9-6 and unauthorized vehicles will be towed. I was under the impression that it didn't apply after 6. The sign did not say I needed a permit which the tow company is saying I needed. My cousin who lives in there told me I can park there as they have guests multiple times a week who always park there. I spoke to them twice before picking up the car to ask questions. They're hired by my apartment complex, Artist Walk, to tow cars that have been in the free parking out front over 3 hours during 8 am to 8 pm hours. I left the complex for 2 hours to pick up my boyfriend, get dinner, and head back. Parked my car at 7 pm and went upstairs to eat. At 8 pm, my boyfriend went downstairs to take the car to pick up my medication and find our car missing, with skid marks out of the spot, over the curb, and a chunk of the curb missing. I immediately called the police to report my car stolen only to find out that it was towed by this company. I called them and they told me they'll let me have my car back "this time" but that they clocked my car there at 2:30 pm. There is literally a camera outside where my car parked. So not only did I have to catch an Uber all the way to the tow lot at 9:30 pm when I have to be at work at 3 am tomorrow, the guy is trying to tell me it was my own fault??
