They have a great card selection. I always pick up greeting cards when I am there. They usually have my Hershey's miniatures which have been hard to find in the dark chocolate flavor. I always enjoy looking through their holiday decorations. I always end up getting a few for my home. I have the CVS care card, so I can earn money back when I use their coupons. This is a great CVS. I don't mean to insult most of the younger working generations. I'm hoping it's a minority of individuals, but when it comes to being helpful, CVS is very weak. Recently, my prescriptions changed for the Gramercy location, which is closing, to Upper Rock. One prescription had no refills. Therefore, the way I understand it, they didn't have it (technically) added to their system? This is even though it was in the system of Gramercy. But, what makes it worse is the pharmacist would neither phone my doctor's office nor the Gramercy location to help get the refillable prescription in their store's system. Is this laziness? Is this policy? Whatever it is, it doesn't make sense. I should add that when I talked to an individual from that pharmacy a few days before and mentioned all the prescriptions that needed to be refilled, that individual did not inform me there would be a problem with them contacting my doctor. To highlight the ineptness of the location, I have requested receiving text messages informing me when prescriptions are ready for pickup, and I am not receiving them.

It's a great little find. No crowds, lots of parking just a note limited selection. I buy almost everything from Harris Teeter and am pretty satisfied with what I can buy from this location as well as others. The produce sometimes is hit or miss. I wouldn't necessarily order from their sushi counter but all in all for grocery shopping definitely would again. Staff is also nice and helpful!

The checkout attendant literally stood behind me while I rang every item and eventually paid and walked away. Afterwards, she walked away with me and resumed overseeing the isle from her register. I complained to the store manager who made no attempts to apologize for my discomfort only started to say it is not part of there their policy but never completed the statement. Walked and so did he. I returned to today and the same person was in the isle. If you are a person of color, beware.

Told my husband we would go to big lots as it expires on July 1st. The first time we went, I didn't find anything to buy. The second time, today, we have a get together at our place tomorrow, so I picked up some stuff. We get to the counter and it's not working. No wifi connection so husband and I both step outside to try and get the code. Ben said there's usually a bar code and usually doesn't take this long. My husband said to just make the purchase, but I came specifically to use the coupon, it would not be right not to use it! So I told Ben to put my stuff aside, and I'll come back when we get it to work as our house has great Wi-Fi and we thought that was the problem. We've been home for hours and it ain't working!! I told Ben to let management know it's really annoying. I said I'd be back once I had the $30 coupon for my $50+ (picked up about $100), but since it's not working & it was just stuff I picked up just to use the coupon, I'll see if I have more of my time to waste today. This is the total opposite of my first experience. I don't know if it's the system or if it's just a way to get customers in. I finally got the bar code when I tried at 9pm this night! There is a customer service person who has been there probably as long as the store has been open, but at least for the last 15 years. She even asks me about my special needs son because she met him 15 years ago after he stole something and I made him take it back and apologize. She was incredible! I would love to work here but I would wind up spending my entire paycheck so it's not worth it. LOL

I appreciate that it was easy to access dog food this time around. Grabbed the items I came for and then went to check out. This is when it got really frustrating and disappointing - there were 2 registers open for 16-18 people waiting to check out. Self check out wasn't open and in recent months has been limited to 10 items, which is annoying. I opted for Walmart instead this past Saturday - it opens earlier than Target and had no waiting to check out.
