They talk to you so arrogantly and condescending. Several times I have had to return as I was not given the correct amounts of pills ordered. They act like I did something wrong. I was questioned about taking some of the medication and then discovering the correct amount was not distributed to me. If they did their job correctly there wouldn't be a problem. These people have the personality of a wet piece of wood.

I walked up to the counter and the 4 people working behind it who could clearly see me acted like I wasn't there for at least 3 minutes and after I noted that I needed allergy medicine, it still took another 2 minutes for them to stop and help me. The woman behind me had been there 3 times that day trying to get back pain medicine and it still wasn't ready. There was no one at the front desk, so the line for the electronic checkout was unnecessarily long. Once I found someone to help me with something behind the front desk, he was at least helpful. Overall terrible experience.

They know we by name, always smile and say hi, as well as answer any questions I have about medication. There's been a couple of times where I've come in a little early to get a medication, and said that I could come back another day, and they always tell me not to worry, they'll get it taken care of while I'm in the store. That store is walking distance from my home, but if the website won't let me register, what do I do -- anything? I expected to sign up, but the website doesn't allow it. Also, the website doesn't let me see the entire list of customer reviews -- is that on purpose? I think someone needs to do some work on the website because it's hardly a Welcome to Weis Markets as it is now! I…read moreusually order fried chicken from Walmart or Shoppers BUT I wanted to try Weis since it was closer to where I live and they didn't disappoint - well almost... I called and placed and order for 40 pieces of chicken a day in advance I get there and I was given 2 buckets that felt rather light. I looked inside and I spy, 40 wingettes!! I actually kinda screamed- noooooo!! I was expecting folks at my house in an hour and wingettes are not gonna do! So I say to the woman who gave me the buckets: I wanted chicken chicken not wingettes She looks at the order and apologizes for the mixup and tells me that it will be 18minutes Needless to say, I left out with 40 pieces of chicken and she gave me a discount for the mix up The chicken was piping hot and delicious
