I tell him I am here to pick up photos. They wait until after Mid-day to start printing photos from a backlog of the day before. If you needed something to do when asking me upon arrival how I planned to purchase my items, the photo task should have been a priority upon store open. Then the staff want to argue with a slew of customers who mentioned having received confirmation the day prior of a completed photo order. Never again will I come to this CVS. This could have all been resolved by the staff simply taking accountability and admitting to forgetting to print the days photo orders. Unacceptable!!

They talk to you so arrogantly and condescending. Several times I have had to return as I was not given the correct amounts of pills ordered. They act like I did something wrong. I was questioned about taking some of the medication and then discovering the correct amount was not distributed to me. If they did their job correctly there wouldn't be a problem. These people have the personality of a wet piece of wood.

CVS (Watkins) has my info in their system, my physician sends my prescriptions directly, and I get a text when it's ready. They offer to mail it for a small fee but I always pick it up. I didn't give 5 stars because the pharmacy line is usually long but it does move fairly quickly. I find the staff pleasant and have never had a problem.
