There is no review that could do this cvs justice. It should be in a movie. The entrance door was broken, so you have to enter through the "caution do not enter" door with no sign explaining it. I needed to go to the pharmacy. I walked up to the counter and the 4 people working behind it who could clearly see me acted like I wasn't there for at least 3 minutes and after I noted that I needed allergy medicine, it still took another 2 minutes for them to stop and help me. The woman behind me had been there 3 times that day trying to get back pain medicine and it still wasn't ready. There was no one at the front desk, so the line for the electronic checkout was unnecessarily long. Once I found someone to help me with something behind the front desk, he was at least helpful. Mixed experience at this CVS. I stopped in for papertowel , which was on sale. The paper towels are all behind a locked glass, so I had to press a button and wait for an associate. It took a full 5 minutes for someone to come over although the store was pretty empty. On the plus side, the associate at the front was very friendly and helpful. The protein bars I purchased were expired and I received a call from the pharmacy the next day saying that they gave me someone else's RX medication. I live well over an hour away with no traffic and they asked me to look for the meds and bring it back. Traffic during the week makes the drive nearly 2hours and gas is not free. There are five workers behind the counter and there are ten people in line...I'm literally the second person in line and this fool has been letting I guess his homies in front of me. If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would! I was serviced by Muhammad Qasi. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I encountered issues with my insurance and came back in the evening to just pay out of pocket. He told me that he won't fill my prescription because it would take him 10minutes to open the safe and to come back the next morning to pick it up. CVS and Walmart are the only stores with an employee for every isle but only one register open. This location isn't bad they have a good amount of products available. The location has plenty parking, not sure about customer service didn't interact much with the employees. read more

I forgot my chapstick on the way to Six flags. I didn't want to pay $6 for something that could be much less expensive if I wasn't paying mafia theme park prices. The summer clearance shelf didn't have many choice but they had what I needed. I paid .21 for my sp 30 chapstick (score). The cashier did not know how to ring up anything higher than 75% off so he claimed the store did not have 90% off. I asked hubby to bring him the sign. They don't seem to have any sense of urgency as the increase number of people in line just leads to increased potential exposure to COVID19. When I dropped off my medicine the lady at the counter(Trinity)told me that it wasn't covered by insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket.but didn't tell me I would need an ID to receive my medication when I came back! I do not usually Yelp places like CVS, but the Assistant Store Manager at this store was so rude to me once, I still remember it. This was the worst CVS I have ever been to. They always have long lines and seemingly no one...I mean NO ONE at the front to check people out. You just have to stand there and wait forever for someone to decide that maybe, just maybe they will come and do their job. Just keep going and find a different CVS. There are several. Avoid this one, though. Later in the evening, there are also people selling bean pies and newspapers directly outside of the door and they are kinda pesky. Awful... Always ridiculously busy whenever I go in to get an Rx filled. VERY understaffed at the pharmacy counter. Seems totally unorganized and they make you wait hours to pick up simple prescriptions. After switching to a Rite-Aid pharmacy, I noticed how quickly and organized their staff worked compared to this CVS. Horrible customer service from pharmacy workers, pharmacists included. You can call and come in-person and they still mess up your prescription order. The wait time is horrendous for even the simplest orders that only require you to grab a box off the shelf and put a label on it. I feel sorry for the sick and elderly that have to deal with this foolishness after making their way into this hoodrat hangout of a pharmacy. I would not recommend this pharmacy very unprofessional. The pharmacists gave a bad recommendation and was wrong information about two products and it was either because she was flustered because she opened the pharmacy late this morning and we were waiting in line or because she doesn't have a good understanding of the products. Either way it is not acceptable for a pharmacist to be so negligent about recommendations. Have to confer with other reviewers. The lines are always long. The pharmacy hasn't had efficient or effective staff for over the 6 years I've been to this location. I don't attempt to get prescriptions here anymore, just stop in for greeting cards or single items that I've forgotten from the grocery store. This is my neighborhood CVS and I have to say as a store it is ok. The folks up front are very nice and courteous. Now as far as the pharmacy is concerned they are lacking a lot. I just mostly was feed up with them not properly filling my prescriptions accordingly. I had a incident today where they filed my prescription wrong and didn't have the correct test strips on hand. As a diabetic that is major to have. They said they would order them and for me to "call" the next day to see if they were in. What?! Wrong. The correct way would have been to call another CVS close by and see if they had them and transferred the script over there. As far as the call. Why would I call when they are the ones who should call me to let me know when the meds come in since they are the ones who screwed up. I guess the customer service to go above and beyond doesn't hold true anymore. So go there on your own accord and see the service for yourself. read more
