These ladies did a horrible job cleaning my house. They didn't clean under anything and only around things. Given that they charge hourly rates they took their own time cleaning and when i asked Gia if she had different women who can come clean because i didn't think the ones she sent did a good job she said she would check and then said that she didn't have anyone and that she was not going to talk to the women who were coming to clean my place to ask them to do a better job just that they were not going to come anymore either. Poor business ethic. Didn't care at all and poor response time in getting back to customers as well. If i wasn't allergic to dust maybe i would still be ok with having a dirty house but when you are paying someone $280 you expect your house to be spotless! read more

Once again- I'm thoroughly impressed with this company! I've had my place cleaned about 5 or 6 times and each time I'm more impressed than the last! I'm extremely clean and picky so for me to even allow another person to clean my home is saying a great deal! Worst experience ever with Gia and her cleaning service. They charge you $25/hour, 4 hour minimum. I have a one bedroom one bath (my normal maid comes once a month and takes about 2 hours in a furnished home, but was unavailable due to recent surgery). I thought 4 hours would be sufficient since it's a deep clean and no furniture. False false false. Decided to try out Gia for move out service. Big mistake. 4 hours later and not one room was cleaned properly (I only have a bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen and living room combined space). She told me the bathroom was completely done, I walk in to find the floor still has spots on it from her not cleaning it. And the shower head wasn't cleaned. Definitely not anywhere close to being a deep cleaning and takes my regular maid maybe 30 mins and she does a better job then Gia's maid. She's telling me if I want to keep her longer she'll finish. No thank you. The way this lady was working and the poor quality of work that was being done. Literally just running a towel through most of the stuff. My place looks almost the same as when she walked into it. And Gia making excuses for terrible work and telling me well your place is dirty. Yes my place needs to be cleaned and vacuumed after a move out, otherwise why would I hire you. It is in no way excessive to a regular move out. But literally my home is in the same shape it was when she came in. Would absolutely not recommend them. Find a company that takes pride in their work. This company is not it. Good luck to anyone that tries to use them in the future. Also, side note. The maid didn't speak English so every time I had to communicate to her via google translate. We used Gia's for a deep clean of our 1300 ft2 condo. She was very responsive, texting the night before to confirm and then calling when her staff member, Natalia, arrived the next morning (right on time). Then Natalia did a fantastic job on our place, paying attention to clean every little detail. She spent about 6 hours and the place is spotless. Moreover, everything was put neatly back in its place and nothing was broken. Natalia was obviously very careful and we really appreciated that. Best cleaning service we've used in the city! The cleaning lady that we had this time (there is no consistency, you get random person each time), broke our disposal. This is the second time this has happened and the owner proceeded to blame me for the mishap as opposed to owning up to it. Think twice before using this services. read more

The person who books the appointments is cold and rude. The cleaning lady showed up on time which was great. The cleaning itself was subpar. I tipped her an extra hour because she finished early. But once she left, I saw that she half cleaned once I wasn't there to watch her. ( I took a trip to get the cash and to run an errand.) The floors were not mopped like I asked. There were dirty dishes put in the cabinet and she pretty much did nothing to my daughter's room and living room.
