Very dissatisfied. The only pros were they answered their phone quickly and it was fast to schedule. The cons: they did a horrible job and it looked like they didn't clean anything. I wanted a deep clean on the kitchen as we were moving into this place and, although it had been cleaned, the original cleaners the landlord hired didnt do a good job. Cabinets were sticky and the fridge still had a lot of dirt inside. So we hired Gias to do another clean. When I got to the new place it didn't look any different and actually worse (see picture of sink). I honestly don't know what she cleaned because all of the spots I wanted clean were still dirty. Mind you this wasn't super dirty to start, it had been cleaned, but it needed a more thorough job. Gias clearly was not the way to go. If your looking for some one to just wipe your counters down and the leave more of a mess then when they came then go ahead give them a call. I wouldn't have paid them if I had seen the job the cleaner did but I had packing and a new baby to look after and I couldn't check their work myself and now I'll have to clean it myself. These ladies did an amazing job! I called Gia on Saturday to schedule a monthly cleaning of my town home and she was able to schedule the cleaning on Monday. I'm amazed at how well everything was throughly cleaned, specifically the oven. I didn't think that oven could be saved but Gia's girl did it! Also, if you need something cleaned a specific way they'll do it. Our hardwood floors can only be cleaned with this specific floor cleaner that I provided them. This was well worth the cost! I am a landlord. I contacted Gia and gave her clear instructions what I needed done at one of my units. I reconfirmed by sending Gia a text the day of the scheduled cleaning outlining specifically what I needed. I double checked with the lady Gia sent, she had the same instructions on her phone. Ok, great, everyone is on the same page. I left the unit, 6 hours later, I was told there would be an extra charge for cleaning the inside of the fridge, oven, microwave (my original instructions) AND that it would take an additional hour to finish. I know what you're thinking: the place must have been super dirty. It wasn't. New tenants are high maintenance divas that noticed dust in the bathroom tub and 2 closets in addition to the inside of the kitchen appliances not being pristine. So I reluctantly consented to pay for a cleaning lady. The floors, common areas, counters were all clean- just needed a little extra TLC in the bathrooms & appliances. 6 hours is a ridiculous amount of time for a 1300 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. When I presented my complaint to Gia, her response was: $175 is what you owe. I paid it but, I will never go with this service again. Gia, is a nice lady but, I was not paying for nice, I was paying for quick efficient service and that is not what I got. read more

We started using Gia's Cleaning Service a few years ago after finding a flyer on our front gate. We don't have a set schedule for when we need our place cleaned and Gia is always very flexible with our sporadic requests. Our place is about 1000 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms so it takes one cleaner about four to five hours. The cleaner is always on time, if not a few minutes early. Since we're not on a set schedule it tends to be a different cleaner every time, which is fine with us, especially since every one of Gia's cleaners has done an excellent job. Some cleaners are more detailed than others (cleaning the floor of our closet/cleaning the inside of our fireplace) but overall we've been very happy with every cleaner. Since we started using Gia's Cleaning Service we got a big dog and there were no issues with having him there while the cleaner was there too. We highly recommend Gia's Cleaning Service. read more

Pricing seemed great at first, however a substantial amount of cleaning wasn't completed--after 5 hours. This isn't a huge condo, 1600 sq. ft., and I was very specific when the gal arrived--I let her know we have cats so there's cat hair specifically that needs to be cleaned up, the floors are very dirty, etc. When she left, cat hair was still on the couches, window sills were not all were cleaned, the bathroom floors had not been vacuumed or mopped (I know because I wiped them myself to check & they were FILTHY--hair still everywhere), etc. I'm sorry I left for the majority of the time, trying to stay out of the way. I had to take an extra hour after the lady left to finish the remainder of the cleaning. For the $100 that I paid for 5 hours (she charges $20/hr), about a $50 cleaning job was done. I'm not sure what the lady did for the majority of that time, but I was very unimpressed with the results and cannot recommend this cleaning service. I also will not hire them again. A friend in the neighborhood had a similar experience. My previous cleaning lady cleaned our whole condo--1600 sq. feet--in 3-4 hours, and always left it spotless. Messaged the owner to let her know, no response other than 'thanks for letting me know.' No offer to make it right, resend someone, etc. It was very disappointing bc we don't usually hire cleaning services anymore since I'm home with my kids, and I picked up toys, etc. and made it VERY easy to navigate for a deep cleaning. read more

based on reviews called this company for a deep clean. asked what don't you do? their response was we do everything. old apartment not cleaned when previous tenant left. painting needed but was no asking for walls to be washed. the good? they came same day and rates were cheap. but that old saying you get what you pay for. I took the girl around and asked for the "extras" that we willing to pay for: cleaning a storage area, wiping down cabinets inside and out, clean stove/oven. As I looked at the side of the fridge that she just cleaned it was still yellow with grease. I took some soft scrub on a sponge and proceeded to clean it. Gia showed up about 3 hours later just as I was looking at a shelf in plain view in the kitchen. I wiped it and it was filthy. I asked the girl did you wipe down the shelf? her repsonse was "you didn't tell me to" as it turns out she did not wipe the baseboards or wash the floors because I did not "tell her to" ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? isn't a basic clean dust, wipe baseboards/sills, vacuum, wash floors, clean bathroom, wipe down shelves, counters??? did not wash bathroom floor just wiped a dirty corner...I could go on and on as to what they did NOT do...if you use them make a list because they are not too bright read more
