What earned the single star review was the owner on the drinking side of the bar who couldn't handle that we were in there. We(me and my two coworkers) came in to enjoy what meal we could find at 11pm on a Monday night. While my coworkers and myself had a conversation about wings, the many ways they are cooked, flavors, temperatures, and the lot, he stood there with his hand on his face apparently "holding himself back" from contradicting everything we were talking about. When one of the coworkers ended up asking how long the food was gonna take after sitting for about 20 mins after ordering. Instead of casually and kindly informing him that they take a while due to their cooking processes, or even having the staff inform us of this apparently common delay prior to placing the order, he responded like a child with discuss through saying "we can give them to you raw?". While he wasn't incorrect, he lacked tact that you could find nearly anywhere else in the world and with the entitlement of a petty little snowflake. We were fortunate enough that the bartender was able to drown this alcoholic further with his vice quickly enough that he was distracted by the pool table and ended up leaving us alone. It was the interactions with the others that caused him to bellow, boast, and brag that he was the owner of the establishment, otherwise, we just assumed he was the Walmart neighborhood drunk. I travel to this town frequently and I will be avoiding this place. If you are a traveler, I suggest the same.

We were seated right away as we had reservations, the nice part about the reservations as well as you could text them to get those reservations. We had dinner prior to our reservations, so we didn't get a chance to try the food although the menu that was in a folded binder was lit when it opened a very cool little feature. The drink menu could've been a little bit more extensive for their specialty drinks, however, they had what seemed like hundreds of liquor options for you to make your own or to choose something on the rocks. She ordered the hot turkey and gravy, only to find out 5 mins after we order, they have no gravy... so a burger it is for her... I ordered a turkey club, (pretty hard to mess one up) and sweet potato fries. Of course, with the gravy debacle, mine comes out well before her burger, whatever. I look down and my bread is NOT toasted, nor is it the traditional 3 slices of bread. I've had a LOT of turkey clubs, and NEVER had one that was not toasted, however it was not bad. Oh, I forgot, never got silverware, napkins, or condiments before our food came out, had to ask for all 3. Not once did one of the TWO, bartenders come over and ask if everything was alright. So finish my beer, go ask for a box for her burger, (she ate half and really liked it) and try and get the bill, the cook stands at the bar opening swilling a beer and doesn't even move so I can pay my bill!!! Loved this place in the past, especially when the overhead doors are open and the breeze blows through... but I think I'm done going there....
