I had high hopes because they have you fill out forms in advance where you can explain past dental trauma if you've had it. (I have.) This led me to believe that information would be taken into consideration. I loved the hygienist, and the office manager is great, too. Dr Fine came in and and started remarking about my teeth one by one as she examined them, and when it was all said & done she wanted to start with deep plane scaling and cleaning in 2 major sessions, and then basically make over most of my mouth with crowns and implants, as if my mouth is/was a complete disaster! One concern I had was a single dark fine vertical line I had developed on of each of my 2 front teeth, (possibly a superficial crack?) and she only offered veneers as a solution, but then said there was no way she would do them until I did a full course with Invisalign. I spent 6+ years of my youth in full upper and lower braces, double headgear, and after the bands, double retainers. I even had 4 extractions to accommodate the correction. My teeth are quite nice. It did not take long to realize this was not my dentist! I have since found a dentist who is amazing, has her own practice in Encino, is on the more conservative side, but can & will do anything you need. She's very skilled. She does not upsell. She said my mouth looks great, and whatever I'm doing, to keep it up. She also did bonding on my front teeth, which was easy, painless, affordable & looks beautiful! The lines are gone and the work looks so natural! She also takes my dental insurance, which Dr Fine does not.

After getting my aligners, an attachment fell off, and the clinic refused to replace it, even though it was part of the procedure. I realized that I did not feel safe with such unprofessional staff and decided to cancel my treatment and request a refund. However, even part of the money was not returned, although I canceled the treatment at the very early stage. Additionally, the clinic cannot provide their legal name or contact details for official procedures. I have already filed a lawsuit, but the sheriff could not serve the doctor -- at the reception, they claimed the doctor is on sick leave until the scheduled court date. However, when I asked a friend to make an appointment, the doctor was available and seeing patients, which clearly shows deceit. This is an unprofessional and dishonest clinic. Be careful to avoid facing the same problems. I am still pursuing the refund that is rightfully mine.

This tooth had already gone through two root canals, and another dentist recommended replacing the crown. Instead, Dr. Dino resolved the infection with an antibiotic gum injection, followed by dental hygiene care two weeks later. Now it's May, and my tooth feels healthy and fresh again. No more odor, no more infection, and he saved my crown. The hygienist, Kimberly. Her excellent care truly enhanced the results of Dr. Dino's treatment. Two words immediately come to mind: thorough and intelligent.. She paid close attention to every detail and worked intelligently with the sensitive teeth, made a huge difference in the healing process. I literally said to myself this is why I don't like coming to the dentist. But it did get better! This staff is so very friendly and accommodating. The dentist is very professional, very friendly and very personable. Even when I mentioned that I felt like I had certain procedures done before, the dentist stated that if I had that information to provide then it would alleviate some of the other steps that I would have to take that he had mentioned. Now that's something that doesn't happen often. The front staff is so very pleasant and so friendly and helpful it just made this whole experience well Worth it. I found this dentist by looking up reviews on yelp and it was a tough decision but I think that I made the right choice coming to this office! Oh I was waiting to write this review. I am not the type of person to complain, but the encounter I…read morejust had with the office manager showed me that this place does not care about their patient's feelings. I got my teeth done with doctor Turner, and since then I have had complications. I cannot chew or floss on the lower left side, and have extreme pain on the upper right side. Last time when I came into the office, he forced the floss through my lower left side, which caused immense pain. I tried to tell him that the tooth is overfilled, however he kept saying it just needed to be adjusted, which he proceeded to do. Even after multiple adjustments, there was no change and at this point he proceeded to tell me that there is nothing he can do about it. When it came to the upper right side, he said he didn't see anything on the X-Ray and continued to say that it was due to me grinding my teeth and that I just needed to get desensitizing toothpaste. I did not only feel dismissed and not cared for, but he also made me feel like I was crazy and was just imagining things. I left the office crying in my car, feeling defeated and shot down. So, since there was nothing that they offered me to do, I went to a new dentist, just to get a second opinion, who then found that the lower left side was way too overfilled, and that for the upper right side, the filling was too close to the nerve, pushing against it and causing pain. I then decided to reach out to the office manager, whose name is Jenny, here, and let me tell you, she had no sense of customer care, empathy, and understanding. She kept mentioning that this is on me and that they could've helped me, even after I kept telling her that I was told there was nothing he or they could do. She also stated that they couldn't refund me my money that I paid for the fillings, since they "did the job". I kept telling her that while they might've done the job, they did it wrong and caused me a lot of complications, pain, and money loss. And honestly, at the beginning I wanted my money back, but after talking to her and how she also proceeded to make me feel dismissed and crazy, and that this is mostly my fault, I did not even want my money back. She also proceeded to tell me that i have no clue about dentistry and that my new doctor is just trying to trick me, yet after going to my new dentist, my pains and complications went away, which she did not want to hear or just proceeded to ignore. Again, horrible customer service and just no sense of understanding the pain of a patient. I just want everyone to know how little they care for their patients and that they truly don't care about your well-being, which was just proven to me by the office manager a few minutes ago, as well as Dr. Turner. He truly needs to retire, since I don't think he is at the age to do his job right, coming from someone who got their teeth done with him. I will be going to the board about this, and not because of the money, but because of how I was treated as a patient because this was the most horrible experience I have ever encountered in my life.
