The penny candy available (while no longer a penny) is a delightful throwback to childhood, and being able to sample a wide variety of candy is a special treat. The store also has a wide selection of kitchen, home, stationary, kids games and toys. I did not partake, but I believe they also serve ice cream from a pick-up window on the outside of the store where there is also a nice seating area. It's in a really cute part of a mainly residential town so walking around the area eating your new penny candy is a great way to explore.

Their more typical flavors are about on par with other local independent ice cream shops. I've heard rumors that the quality tanked after the owner left. Maybe this is why.
