The chef Ryan is so talented and passionate. The whole story as to how this started and how the team came together is so inspiring. The food was fantastic as was the drinks, ambiance and service. Follow them on socials-they do the farm dinners through October and then switch to cafes and coffee shops during the colder months. This meal was truly a highlight of 2026!

They also have other locally made products from around CT including milk, cheeses, honey, jams, maple syrup, pies, ice cream, plants, dog treats, and more! I got a bottle of Chocolate Milk from Hyde's Dairy Farm (located in Franklin, CT) and it was so chocolatey and delicious! The stand is open every day 9AM-6:30PM from Memorial Day through December 31st, and Tuesday-Sunday 10AM-5:30PM from January 2nd to Memorial Day. From November through May, their CT Handmade Gift Shop is open and filled with beautiful creations made by local artists throughout the state. When I went, there was one female employee working behind the counter who was very friendly. Make sure to stop by and check out Killam and Bassette Farmstead!

Last time we tried fresh plum perogies, which was not our favorite, but it was fun to try! The special European treats are fun, too, especially around holidays. They have the "real" kinder eggs, fancy wrapped candies, and drinks. The fresh-delivered pastries, like poppy seed breads, are amazing. Our family doesn't even eat much meat- they have plenty of it available here!- but we love the vegetable offerings, the special yogurts and cheeses, like really good swiss, and the condiments. I bet you've seen their products with the distinctive red, green and gold logo a zillion times. They sell over 4,000 products to retail stores and restaurants! That's just about everything and anything you'd need for cooking a nice Italian meal. Some of the products I saw on their website include sauces, meats, seafood, poultry, pastas, canned and jarred everything, cheeses, gelatos and sorbets, even storage trays and containers. We were in the Pajer Superette (one of our favorite Italian delis) in Agawam a few days ago, and bought a 16-ounce jar of Napoli sliced jalapenos for $2.89. I opened that jar tonight and tossed a few slices on both my salad and a pizza we made at home using a crust we also bought at Pajer. The jalapenos were good - crisp with plenty of zip. I'd bet the mortgage this wasn't the first Napoli product we ever bought. But it was the first time I decided to see if they were listed on Yelp. Yes, they were.
