After the paperwork is done she'll check your temperature and ask you to change into robe. **before you get there remove any jewelry ** This tip isn't just for this place but for many to all skincare/ massage places. Saves you time and their time. Gift was very accommodating! To minimize any surprises she'll quietly let you know what will be happening to your face. I have sensitive skin so she tried everything with low frequency and low impact. I did ask for extraction -- pressure and some pain but you feel great afterwards. I'll have to update on the aftermath of the facial because right now, my face is breaking out all over when I only came in to address the few pimples I had. I am sad that this might've been the result of this place. Also, she did extractions on me but they HURT, and it should never hurt. The few little pimples I had are now scarring purple ! Unfortunately, I damaged my skin using a suction machine to clean out my pores, blackheads etc. and that caused for my face to become extremely dry and red.
