Only thing about this place is that it's a little hard to find but there's a green sign on the building. You have to go in through the store that's connected and her suite is in the back with a little waiting area. There were a couple people ahead of us so we waited for a little bit but with threading this is a good sign- she takes her time and will shape and compare the brows, going back to one that's already "done" if she needs to even it out and perfect it. She does meticulous work and her demeanor is very chill and relaxed ! Her threading speed is perfect if you're like me and have a low pain tolerance. Quick enough that she gets most of the hairs in one line and the pain isn't bad at all. She did my brows which are more thin and arched and my boyfriends which are much thicker and more masculine and did a perfect job on both. Not too much taken off and we both left happy. Highly recommend, seems like any negative reviews are based on the tucked away location and the fact that she takes her time with each client and doesn't rush- neither of which kept us from having a great experience. read more

I tried calling and it eventually went to voicemail (no message) so since it sounded like a lot of clients are walk-ins I drove over to the location... only it was closed; no one was there. And it didn't seem like anyone would be coming in all day. Incredibly frustrating considering everywhere I looked online indicated they would be open today. It's very difficult for me to find time with my job to go to an appointment during business hours; I'm incredibly disappointed and I don't know when I'm going to next have the time to try another place. I'm so happy I found this little hidden gem. This women is running the show. I had to wait an hour because she had a client and there were three people after me. I didn't think the wait would've been that long but I would've waited two hours, now I know so I can bring a book next time. I'd rather wait and have someone do their job correctly than be in a rush .. I'm extremely picky so I let her do her magic on my eyebrows and I was shocked, I haven't had anyone do my eyebrows that amazing in forever. I read a review that stated Selene was gentle....I can confirm she is! She is so gentle and takes her time. I seriously didnt feel any pain while getting my eyebrows threaded. The sign at the top of the business is small and the store front is a store that sells toys and stuff like that. Selene's room is in the back and its a nice and clean space. read more

She is nice but the last few times I came, I had to leave because she is slow and the wait is over an hour. It would be ok if you could call and make an appointment but she never answers the phone. I tried to come multiple times now always waited 30 minutes or more and ended up leaving. I would not recommend this place unless you like to waste your time. read more

She gave my eyebrows such a clean polished look to them and although I don't have much of an arch she was able to give the look as if I did.
