One of the things that mattered most to me was cleanliness since a lot of littles would be using the area. I reached out to a couple companies but kept going back to the aesthetics of Little Play Rentals. I will say that I wish there was pricing on the website as I had to reach out via their chat option and wait for a response for each item. (As of March 2026, the White Deluxe was $595 - for those of you also interested!!) I was a little skeptical because of the lack of recent reviews and because they required full payment prior to setting up. I think it would be beneficial for them to provide a contract with their clients. I also had no idea who I was speaking to the whole time with no contact information other than their email address. For the record, you're speaking to Kevin and hes a nice guy! Anyways, this may sound like a lukewarm review, but after I got through the skepticism, I did move forward and book Little Play Rentals. They showed up on time and set everything up just like the picture on the website. The kids had a freaking BLAST. Best entertainment for a kids party!! For the return of the items, all we had to do was place them all in one area for pick up the following day. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish and that is definitely a weight off your shoulders when you have to worry about a million other things when planning a party. The long unnecessary timeline with details: Juan and I communicated primarily through Yelp and Text prior to my event (my daughter's first birthday party). As you will see in the photos provided I requested a 10am delivery. Juan guaranteed 9:30-10am. At 10:10am I reached out to inquire about my delivery. He responded TWENTY minutes later (10:30am) that I was next. At 10:59am I text again to inquire as my party was beginning in 15 minutes. Again with the false promise that they were coming. At 11:42am I received a call from the driver. They couldn't find us in the park. I gave directions and hung up. At 11:44am he called again to confirm our location. They delivered tables shortly after. Though "delivered" is a generous term as the team attempted to drop the tables and chairs and leave without any setup. DESPITE BEING 2 HOURS LATE and our event already in full swing. They reluctantly set up the tables and chairs but not the tablecloths Almost immediately Juan began to harass me via text demanding payment in full with empty threats of coming to pickup the equipment. I was not about to spend my daughter's party arguing with the person that already put a huge damper and stress on the day. I'll let you read the exchange yourself. We cleaned up the party and 2pm (the agreed upon pickup time) came and went. I called the driver to inform I would not be standing waiting for who knows how long for them to come pickup and sent a photo of the equipment left neatly where they had dropped it off. I sent Juan $50 to cover the 2 hours of equipment and delivery (more than half my originally quoted amount despite having the tables for less than 1/2 of my desired time). He has since updated his page to say that all quotes are for the full day - which I'm not even sure how they could be if you were having ANY event outside your home. You cannot use equipment in the space for the entirety of the day. Juan has since sent me a text letter threatening legal action against me for the remaining $35 though that does not align with the conversation he sent yesterday. I will not be bullied into paying for a service I did not receive; especially one where there was no signed contract with any such policies shared prior to services being rendered. Please save yourself the headache and do not use this company. I wish so much I had not fell for their lower prices to have the moments back with my friends and family for what should have been nothing but a joyous occasion.

From start to finish, Juan was professional, honest, and gave me very reasonable pricing. He kept me updated throughout the whole process with reminders leading up to the event to make sure everything stayed on schedule. When I needed to extend the rental time, he was more than accommodating. He also showed up right on time, no delays, no surprises.
