A branch manager then got involved and said the change was possible but would require approval from another department. I was told they submitted the request and would follow up within 24-48 hours. No one ever followed up. In the end, I resolved everything through AAA's online chat in a matter of minutes, with no approvals needed - exactly as it had been done previously. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this branch. The staff came across as unprofessional and ineffective.
