The jersey is practically brand new thanks to them. I will be a returning customer and I highly recommend them to anyone else who needs their gentle laundering done .

A bit steep in price if you ask me but it's close to my house so I gave it a try. Almost a week later, I get a text saying everything is ready for pick up. I go get my items and come home. Everything looks decent except my skirt. My skirt had been taken apart!!! Whoever was assigned to clean this DID NOT understand the design or the fashion of how it was supposed to look. They literally UNSEAMED my skirt in several places on one side. Who does that??? I called them immediately, explained what I saw and brought it back. They apologized and agreed to fix it. ONE MONTH LATER..... NO CALL. NO TEXT. I called them asking what's going on. No one knows. I make my way to cleaners. My skirt is hanging on the "ready for pick up" rack but it looks the same way as it did the last time I saw it: half sown. Three attempts later THEY NEVER GOT IT RIGHT. I took my item home very frustrated and upset. I asked the associate to have the manager call me. That I want a refund for my cleaning fee as well as the price I paid for the skirt that is no longer wearable. THE MANAGER NEVER CALLED. NO ONE CALLED. MONTHS LATER THIS IS STILL UNRESOLVED. I will never give this place another dime!!!!
