Absolutely amazing, my home smells new again. I called Elias about having my carpets shampooed because of the strong dog urine smell as I have 2 puppies.He was informative about dog urine in carpet and that he would try his best. Elias gave me a reasonable quote and came 2 days later. I was pleased to see he uses CLEAN hot tap water, that gave me a peace of mind that other peoples germs were not being transferred into my carpet/home. My carpet is 5years old and now looks and smells new again. It's been about a week and still no sign of dog urine smell in my carpet at all! He also took care of my couch where my dog decided to mark his territory. As you can see in the picture I have light colored couches but had a huge yellow stain from my puppy, it is now gone and has no trace of dog urine.
