However, I was informed at approximately 12:30 pm that they would be there within 2 hours (2:33 pm). At ~3:30 pm, I called this company to make sure they weren't lost or confused to where I was. They woman I spoke with assured me the guy was coming, he had been at a family function and would be there shortly. I actually apologized that he had to leave. She stated that they were available 24/7 for emergencies and not to worry about it. At 4:45 pm, I called again and got no answer... No one ever showed up or called. The next day, I received assistance from my out of state rv repair person 2 1/2 hours away! Now, 2 days later, wondering if anyone there wonders what happened to me!! When they put it up on the lift, it was determined that the right lower control arm was in nearly the same condition. The parts were not on hand and had to be ordered which took some time and rolled into my vacation out of state. They were very understanding and contacted me after my vacation to make arrangements for me to get my car back. My parents, both deceased now, relied on Sanborn's for all of their vehicle maintenance for over 30 years. As an aside, I'm pretty sure it would have cost me at least double for these repairs at the dealership.
