Awesome service and special thanks to Alan. I was on my way to the Celtics game and got a very very…read morebad flat. I destroyed the tire, fortunately not the rim. I was doomed until VIP Tire rescued me by finding a tire that fit my truck and getting the job done in a timely highly professional manner!! I can't understand the bad reviews. Add to my experience the fact that the price and the quality of the tire are excellent! Thank you VIP! Thank you Alan!! Go Celtics!!

Ok here is / was the list of issues: 1- break pads installed incorrectly on passenger side. 2- loose piston caused by the break pads and now rubbing on the pads. 3- missing hardware / lock screw. 4- damaged / bad calipers Total repair cost was north of $2000.00 the electronic calipers being the majority of the cost. My bill from Irwin that day was $283.00. I drove to VIP right after to discuss this with them. Jeremy Gooden was very nice and understanding and assured me I would be paid for this work. He apologized again and hoped to gain my business back. On 1/24/25 I received a call letting me know the check was being sent. Today 1/31/25 I received the check. Drumroll please......$283.00 no other amount no explanation nothing. I have again reached out to VIP Gary MacCausland VP of operations as he was the one that sent me the check to ask for a reason. I also reached out to the initial response I received from VIP forgot the persons name asking for the same information. So the saga continues. I truly hope this helps people when it comes to making decisions on who works on your car and how they stand behind their work. This whole experience has cost me well over $2500.00 so far. I'll update again more than likely will be a legal response.

I understood this would take some time. What I did not expect was a completely unacceptable level of delay, poor communication, and unfinished work. They had my truck for two months. During that time, I repeatedly called for updates and was consistently told "a few more days" or "it'll be done next week." This went on for weeks with no follow-through. I essentially had to chase them down just to get any information. After enough complaints, I was given a loaner vehicle, which only made things worse. The front bumper was hanging off, the tires were bald, and there were inappropriate items left in the glove compartment. It was unsafe, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing. I could not use it for work or even feel comfortable driving it. When I finally got my truck back, I was told the mirror had been ordered but was the wrong part and had to be sent back. I was assured I'd receive a call when the correct one came in so it could be quickly installed. That call never came. It has now been another two months, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, my calls go unanswered and the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I recently discovered the rear tail light was never actually repaired. It is still cracked, with red tape placed over it instead of being properly replaced. After two months in their shop, this is the level of work that was done. At this point, this goes beyond poor service. It reflects a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for a customer's time and safety. I gave them every opportunity to make this right and showed far more patience than most people would. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
