Test drives, Paperwork and really the whole Transaction was just so quick and painless. Their shop is incredible, and we were pleased to see all the different manufacturers and toys that they have in stock and support. He's really good about presenting alternatives when it comes to replacing parts and clearly explaining the pros and cons of getting one part versus another. I tend to believe that sometimes spending a little bit more can save you money in the long run, but it's nice that Andy gives you clear options. I now hear from lots of people how happy they are with his service. It's a family business--one son works with him, and his wife handles the business end of things.

I called Micah and spoke with him about my situation and told him I was going to call AAA and call him back. After I spoke to AAA I found out I was not covered in my own mother's vehicle. Before I could decide what to do next I saw Micah pulling up in his truck to help me. I was surprised and relieved to see help in my rearview mirror. To make a long story short Micah drive me to two locations to rent a rental truck and trailer to tow the vehicle and then helped me load the car into the trailer ( I couldn't have done it without him). He barely charged me for the whole mess and was a real pleasure to be around especially in such a bad predicament. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICAH if you ever need help with any sort of breakdown situation.
