Stopped by on the way home and left the vehicle (Thursday). Was told the previous problem was fine, now had a #3 misfire code showing. He was going to try to check the plugs. No word.... Today (Tuesday afternoon) we went over after calling them and finding nothing had been done and were told to come get it as they were 2 weeks out (yes, they had told us this, but thought maybe with having the vehicle 5 days and knowing it was needed to make a living he would maybe spend a bit at least diagnosing the issue). So we picked up the truck... as we are leaving he says "I didn't break it so it's not my problem". No customer service and no work ethic. Brandon and his crew respected my appointment time took care of my tire which had to be replaced and gave me a comfortable place to wait for the service on my Honda CRV. Their customer waiting area offered coffee, tea, snacks, and I believe a television. Who could ask for more? Also, I had five lights on my dash that came on when I ruined my tire hitting a curb. The guys reset the warning lights and replaced my tire with a newer tire. I was out of there in 45 minutes. I was told that a tech quit on Friday and Hannah left a couple of weeks ago without any notice as her husband/boyfriend moved to Arizona.
