Yes, I do utilize yelp as a platform to criticize or give praise objectively. It is what yelp is used for. I want to be able to let people know the facts as they happened that way they can make a well informed decision. Yes, it is very disheartening that a client/customer of over seven years that Julia would simply state that she did the best that she could with the canvass that she had and that my situation was NOT correctable. That alone meant that there was no more "glady to work with you and address your concerns". Meanwhile, check out the updated pic of my new teeth that were "not correctable". I didn't even have to be subjected to potential "facial paralysis" as my new dentist did a phenomenal job. Still out $7900 that your office owes me. The office guy did try for a couple cleaning upgrades but I just declined. The people who are griping in some of these reviews sound like people who dont do their homework. You are your own advocate in healthcare situations and you should know your insurance, know your options, and simply say no thanks to treatment you are not sure about. And please....dont play the race card. Its pathetic. This practice is quite diverse so I highly doubt racism is at play.

The excuse was always the same they called and we didn't confirm the appointment. The dentist that previously performed the work is no longer there so they charged our insurance to fix the issue. So after too many bad experiences we are ending our relationship. Please don't be fooled by their smiles and their offers you will regret it.
