They have a $6 10x18 pan grate that fits snugly secured to the handles of the pan so you can roast meats as drippings fall 2" into the Pyrex. Also, the same "Winco" brand has a grate which fits inside the same glass Pyrex pan. If you want to elevate a small roast inside the 9x13, this $4 grate fits perfectly too. I found it strange that I was charged an additional $2 for no product or service. Although it was only $2, it was still money taken from my pocket for nothing. After leaving, I recalled that businesses are generally prohibited from imposing minimum purchase requirements on debit card transactions. I called the store to discuss the issue, but the person who answered, whom I believe was the same individual, abruptly hung up. I then returned to the store, where he was waiting near the entrance. When I showed him information regarding the law as it relates to debit card minimums, specifically 15 U.S.C. § 1693o-2 (Durbin Amendment to the Dodd-Frank Act) he responded, "I was the one who hung up on you. I don't care. Have a nice day. Go tell your President." Regardless of the amount involved, what disappointed me most was the attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the owner. I have always tried to support local businesses, but after this experience, I will not be returning. The $2 isn't the issue. The issue is an owner who apparently believes the rules don't apply to him and treats customers with contempt when they're brought to his attention. I hope the appropriate agencies and card networks share his confidence.

There's a solid selection of material you'll need for most general home upkeep. Prices are really fair compared to Home Depot and Menards. I called ahead and spoke with the friendly worker, who even saved what I needed at the front for my first stop there because it was such a rush. It's an easy to access place and dogs are welcome! I left really pleased with this place and had it on my mind for a second project. The second time I visited... oof. When I asked about an issue and showed photos about potential materials to buy, I was told to have someone come out and pay for it because I didn't "look or sound excited about my project. He was very crass and told me I wouldn't understand what he was "so easily" speaking to me. So there's that. If I know what I'm needing and have no doubts, I'll definitely come back here. If I have doubts, I'll be hesitant to ask based on who's working that day.
