Robert helped us out a day after I contacted him and even made a trip out first to take a look at the hardware to make sure he can do the job well. Not only did he do what we asked of him, he went above and beyond to patch some parts on our door trim and installed them in a much cleaner fashion. The installer already took out our original door and we have to have a backwards door installed during Christmas season. The door was unsecured therefore we couldn't travel during the holidays. We waited another six weeks for the replacement door. Replacement came around Easter. Now the door didn't fit the frame! They have to trim the door which cancels the warranty. We paid $130 for kickplates and never got them. Andrew the owner said an email he would refund us and never did. They also never installed the dummy door handled because whoops again, they failed to order doors with a hole for the handle. Andrew the owner stopped taking our calls and won't communicate to refund the $130. No integrity and zero attention to detail. Don't do business with this scammer. You've been warned. DM me for pics

Chris immediately helped me figure out what was wrong and made sure the correct part was ordered. Once the part came in, he called me right away. When I picked it up, he went above and beyond by walking me through the repair process step-by-step instead of just selling me the part and sending me on my way. After I got home, I realized I was missing several screws--likely lost by the previous owner when the lock originally broke. I called Chris back, and he told me to stop by and gave me the screws for free. This was clearly not a high-margin sale, and Chris easily spent more time helping me than the purchase was worth financially.
