I had some time to kill before I had to head back home and wanting to pick up some items. Parking here had me. I wasn't sure where would be the best place to park. I ended up in the outdoor lots and didn't even want to mess with the parking structure. As a note, early here means you will encounter a slew of parents with their children in tow. Be careful and mindful in the parking lot as they will be everywhere. The mall had a bit of everything in here. The typical anchors and national chains you would expect to find in a mall. Food court area was jammed with eateries and customers. I opted to not eat here. Would definitely come back. Especially on a lazy day. The day before the appointment, I was again asked what ring I wanted, and can only bring one other person to view the rings. Concerned, so I tried calling. This was when I learn that it is impossible to call specific stores. The number goes straight to a call center. When I asked if I can talked to the store directly to confirm that they have the ring I was interested in, they said the store would call me back same day. They never did. Finally the day of the appointment, about an hour before, I finally got a phone call from a less enthusiastic person, Emely. She stated that they had the ring, and I could bring two others. At this point it was too late and I already told my 2nd person they couldn't come. When I arrived at the appointment on time, Emely was not there until about 5 minutes later. Again with the lack of enthusiasm. She walked us to her desk, and showed us the ring we were interested in, along with a few other comparables. They only had larger size rings to show. When asking basic questions, we got a bunch of "I don't know" and "I guess" response. Really soured our mood when ring shopping. Finally when we were wrapping up, I asked if there were any number I could call if I had any questions. She said to just email her, but she was not responsive to emails before. I use a special calculator (a bra that fits) to help determine my size and when I went Stephanie measured me exactly to that measurement. I was shocked because that never happens and it really helped me feel even more confident about my purchase. I was able to get my strapless bra and a new everyday t shirt bra.
