Another Chillax location. Having frequented the other two we were curious about this one. Located on Steeles, just west of Yonge this is a very big location. Menu is via QR Code and the lunch/brunch menu is similar to the Richmond Hill location with egg dishes and ramen. We arrived for lunch and the place was less than half full. What was ordered: Bulgogi beef eggs Benny KFC chicken burger Red mango fish burger Food at Chillax had always been consistent and this location is no different. All dishes come with some form of potatoes and salad. Service is decent as it wasn't busy. When we visited they had only been opened for 2 weeks and were offering 10% off the bill and we received a complementary dessert which was a chilled milk pudding with a light ginger sauce. This is a good location for bigger groups.

I've been going to different Chillax locations, the ambiance was the same as before when it was Cafe login, the venue is nice and spacious with free parking. For the appetizer, we ordered the Chillax AAA Angus Beef Sliders. The American Ginseng Stew Soup was flavourful with intense flavours, perfect for a cold day like today and half of the container were full of ingredients-Stewing hen, lean pork, chinese yam, ophiopogon(Mai Dong), red dates gojiberry and longan. For the main, we ordered the Sous Vide Teochew-Style Braised Duck Leg. Falls of the bone. This dish was a gently cooked duck leg inspired by Chiu Chow master stock, stir fired bok choy and marinade Korean radish, finished with a master-stock bordelaise sauce. I find the sauce on the stronger side, but went well with the bok choy. The 24 hours sous vide short ribs with the bbq honey glazed was tasty along with the honey corn rib. Good Asian fusion take on the short ribs! Overall, a nice new location with new items and free parking. Service was nice and attentive. I will come back to try more items on the menu!

Came here with family looking to try something new and loved the southeast asian seafood risotto so much! I thought the amount of seafood was generous and the flavour was a combination of southeast asian cuisines that was unique overall. The lobster udon had a spicy kick but was pretty good as well. The tripe had a good crunch but the taste wasn't anything special. Service was decent for a Sunday dinner. The interiors were quite nice and what you would expect from a fusion restaurant. Would definitely come back for the risotto and try their other dishes as well.

Great quality ingredients and well-executed dishes. The Typhoon Shelter Pork Ribs hits the spot and the Beef Tartare w/ Fried Dough was excellent. The sea salt cheese matcha latte was especially delicious--rich, balanced, and not overly sweet. The space itself is bright and inviting, with plenty of natural light and a lovely window view. A perfect spot to relax and enjoy a tea or coffee for a while.

Newly Opened, Ginger by Chillax replaces Cafe Login on Steeles across from Centerpoint We were going to come for dinner but Jin Korean Noodles next door was full, so lunch it is as the first customers on opening day. We also may be heavily biased as we frequent Chillax's other locations. The food is good and a similar menu to the one on Yonge with some differences. My mom's clams in her linguine was slightly sandy. My filet-o-fish was decent, I'll try something else next time. The honeycomb tripe was good and not at other locations. Service was fine, parking in this plaza is bad at busy times. Another location I wanted to keep secret.

The restaurant invites you in with a modern chill vibe. Excellent services from the staff. The menu is unique with variety of asian fusion food. Definitely would recommend to check them out!

After trying my vanilla iced latte and my partner's macchiato... I wondered if this place might actually be better known for food or matcha, based on what I've seen in other reviews - the coffee was not good. The espresso beans seemed to be over-roasted, which were quite bitter for our liking as opposed to something more subtly chocolatey and nutty. My iced latte also got watery pretty quickly as the ice melted it seemed, and ended up tasting more like the kind of latte you'd get from a fast-food chain (or the espresso shot was way too long). A bit of a letdown, especially since the two fairly small drinks came to about $18. The space itself is cozy, and I really like the vinyl collection (which earned the 2 stars). That said, the records are noticeably pricey compared to typical vinyl shops like Sonic Boom. A lot of them -- even ones with just Side A -- were priced at $55 and up. I didn't cross-check the barcodes on Discogs, but while I love the curation (especially the focus on Japanese jazz and city pop -- really cool stuff), I find it hard to believe all of them are rare pressings worthy of those $55-to-several-hundred-dollar price tags. As an avid collector myself, I wouldn't come here to buy the records. Service was friendly.

Food is served in a fancy wooden tray, and you get to enjoy your food to some jazzy piano. The Almond Mocha cake is heavenly. The cake is moist and the frosting is sweet and flavorful. I don't recommend asking for less sugar for this drink since it's perfect the way it is. Will come again the next time I'm in Toronto :)

We shared the Mango Bingsu, and it was huge--easily enough for the five of us. The flavor was a solid 9/10, super refreshing and delicious. If they had crispy corn flakes on top, it would've been a straight 10/10 for me. We also got two Dalgona Lattes, one with oat milk, and she differentiated them with the coasters, which was such an adorable touch. Now I need to go back just to try more drinks! Parking was free but a little awkward--spots are at an angle, and the plaza can get busy. But honestly, it's worth it. When we went, a few moms were catching up over bingsu, and it was such a wholesome vibe. Can't wait to be back and explore more of the menu!

Both the lamb was VERY tender, and I did not have to cut the meat at all as they just fell off. They both came with this onion/garlic-based gravy that went VERY well with the meat. The rice was also flavored, and the combination of all of the food was great. I would love to try their all you can eat, but I wonder if they would all taste pretty similar as the above two dishes were very similar in taste and just different cuts of lamb (nonetheless delicious, especially for the price). I would also like to add that the service was fine, but they can check in with how the food is, offer water, and ask if our coffee be served at the beginning as they seemed to think that we would want it after our meal (based on their response when we asked for coffee again when they served our food). They're probably new to working as a wait staff, but I also shouldn't have to ask multiple times to get their attention as the staff seemed to be watching videos on their phone when I was trying to ask them a question when I was by the counter. I would come back, but I think their service can use a little work.
