The food is good but customer service is not. They are rude and yell at you when you point out their mistake. Always call in your order 845-359-4404 or you will be waiting a long time. I normally enjoy the service here but after today I will not be going back. I ordered a toasted everything with cream cheese. When my order came it wasn't toasted. I asked if it could be toasted, and the cashier started arguing with me. If they remade it/toasted it I would keep going back. However, they did not. Who wants a cold everything with cream cheese??? Incredibly disappointing. I will now exclusively be going to Marty's bagels just down the road. read more

The worst customer service ever! My brother and I placed an order for an Italian burrito and a toasted bagel with scallion cream cheese. We noticed everyone who came after us received their order. When we inquired about our food they forgot to prepare the burrito. So we had to wait. My toasted bagel was already prepared but it was getting cold. The guy offered to microwave my bagel or charge me an extra an dollar to remake it. Just a total lack of customer service. The guy said take it or leave it. Stopped in for a yummy NY bagel and a coffee. Excited that they took credit cards, I ordered a pumpernickel with plain and a coffee. Bagel was perfect! Coffee was great. I'm no bagel expert, coming from Massachusetts and all, but this was delish. read more

The food is flavorful with an awesome variety of food offered at a good price. I loved the Mexican wrap with hot sauce, Greek salad with chicken, Mediterranean wrap, and an accidental delicious breakfast wrap I got consisting of egg whites ,broccoli, hash browns, cheese, salt ,pepper, ketchup in a whole wheat wrap. I went there during my lunch break and I placed in order. Over 20 minutes went by and I never got it. I asked them check on it after 30 minutes. One of the guys was rude yelling " did you order it here or on the phone." I pointed to the guy who who my order. Then I saw the guy who took my order giving the piece of paper with my order to the cook. After an overall of 40 minutes I told then they can cancel it. My break was about to be over. read more

Theyre honestly awful just no other bagel shops close by. They're not clean they never get the order right, theyre rude & never ever follow directions for your order. I love going to this place before or after my class. The bagels there are so fresh and delicious. Even though this place is best known for breakfast, they make amazing lunches as well. I constantly get wraps when I visit and most of the time get the french fries because it tastes so good. I wish they opened a bit later but its understandable since they are open so early. Amazing job guys!!! read more

I am writing my review solely based on personal experience. The outcome happened more than once so this is without a doubt the way they are run not a bad day. I tried to call in a meal 2 different occasions and was put on hold until I actually pulled up to the place about a 15 minutes drive from where I was. Only picking there because my destination was close to them. The first time I hung up and just went to a local dunkin donuts because there were 3 people working on Sunday morning with the line out the door. The second occasion I walked inside asked for the manager after ordering my food to go. The manager said well I can't have you call your meal in clearly you should've hung up after the first 5 minutes waiting. I said that's not how to run a business. His reply was were busy with people inside the deli not on the phone. Food was average for a breakfast place the only reason they got an extra star. Never will go back again. read more

Ginos. Gotta love this place. Probably the best bagels within a 10 mile radius. Sure the other product quality may not be the highest, but its a small deli. Best breakfast sandwiches, solid chicken salad. Service is the best. Slow but cant rush good food. My girlfriend loves the lunch buffet. Always clean in there too. Stay gold. read more

Hated it. Two bites of a multi grain bagel and I had to throw it out. Bagel tasted sour- so did the cream cheese.

Ordered a party platter of sandwiches, roast beef, turkey and tuna. Sandwiches were overstuffed and absolutely delicious. Roast beef was the best!! Definitely would recommend and order again for my next get together. read more
