This doctor immediately referred Peter to Dr. Frank Nemec. Since we didn't know either doctor, we were quite apprehensive and uneasy but also, Peter never had nor wanted a colonoscopy, especially now at 80. Living in So CA for decades, our medical care came from UCLA only. This was so very scary. So at 11a on Thu, a referral was sent to Dr. Nemec's office and two hours later, Peter had an appointment scheduled for the next day. Dr.'s entire staff was so professional, nice, and caring. We were pleasantly shocked. After a very brief wait, Dr. Nemec came into the room with his assistant and his amazing energy embraced us. I am still in awe of how he 'knew' everything about my husband's case (without referring to notes or a computer). His calming, nurturing presence made us both feel totally at ease immediately. It felt as though we were having a chat with our good friend. Dr. N.'s 'chairside manner' instantly turned our fear and trepidation into assured eagerness to get the procedures done. After an easy-to-comprehend explanation of what was to come, Dr. walked us out to the scheduling desk. As I wheeled Peter to the car I said, "Where did HE come from? Peter, I feel so at ease and confident with Dr. Nemec. Matter of fact, I may schedule my first colonoscopy." Peter felt as if a looming black cloud had passed. Prior to procedure day, I called the office twice with questions and Andriana, who answered the phone, knew most of the answers right away and put me on hold to check one bit. She was so kind, patient, and definitely knowledgeable. She really cares. At the Ambulatory Surgery Center of So NV on procedure day, we were nervous in unknown territory. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly with a smile and check-in was seamless. Again, simply great energy. Peter didn't feel as if he was just a number and we both really felt all would be OK. When Jenny, Peter's nurse came to take us back, she was so calming, cordial, and nice. We then met Sissy, the Anesthesiologist who was extremely professional and so friendly. All was explained and quickly Peter was wheeled away. Shortly thereafter, a nurse came to take me back to Recovery. All went very well and Peter's aftercare was very attentive. Very soon, Dr. Nemec came in to our cubicle and explained his findings and very patiently answered all our questions. Both Peter and I expressed our heartfelt gratitude to him. Two days later, I called with a question and Nurse Kelly, who was on top of everything, went out of her way to assist me in such an understanding manner. Dr.'s entire, cohesive TEAM truly love their jobs and care about their patients. We believe that comes directly from the top. Dr. Nemec's comprehensive medical expertise and his compassionate giving heart are such a gift to many. He truly is our Earth Angel.

She wasn't the person to wait until you get something serious, she was the person who wanted to prevent something serious from happening if she recognized the signs. And she wasn't afraid to test for things. I even referred other people to her, including my wife. However in the beginning of this year, I believe she had an accident and had to have a surgery. I personally was very sympathetic and genuinely wished her smooth recovery. However, I have lots of problems with my health, so instead of requesting a meeting, I sent an email with some questions hoping it will be easier for her to respond at her own pace vs having to meet me. I sent it to her office and figured they'll let her know and she'll decide. It's her own practice, after all. But the office completely ignored me. Then I called and they made me feel weird about it.. Then they said that Dr Valencia now sees patients and they can fit me in so I can get my answers. At that point, it was already June. I prepared a few questions and came to the appointment. From the get go, her staff asked me about medication, and I made a comment that Dr Valencia put me on niacinamide but I didn't know if I should continue taking it cus my liver numbers weren't so great. Then dr Valencia came. I could tell from the second j saw her, she was agitated. She started talking to her staff about me in the third person, right in front of me. Then all of a sudden, she zeroed in on this stupid medication and started lecturing me/half yelling about how if I don't want to take the medication, I don't have to. But I'm not a doctor. I had concerns about my liver numbers and I needed her advice as to what to do. But she kept yelling at me or talking to her staff with her back on me in the third person in such an annoyed and irritated matter that I'm not kidding there was a moment I felt it I was about to burst in crying. She never once let me even open my mouth for a second, she kept talking how she had all these patients and I basically wasted her time about this medication and she wouldn't stop talking about it. Like it wasn't even any of my questions. I never had a chance to even ask a question. At some point, I couldn't take it anymore and I just got up and left. I decided not to hold it against her because it seems to me that she didn't have any proper time to heal after surgery and had to go back to work, because it's her business and I'm sure she didn't want to risk closing it. We all have bills to pay. But at the same time, I couldn't help it, I felt very upset. I didn't deserve any of this. I was trying to be considerate and sent an email so she could respond when she can. She refused to do so. Then the office insisted I come for an appointment, which I did. They are the ones who asked about the medication, and then Dr Valencia zeroed in on it and was extremely angry and treated me like sh*t the entire appointment. I left with 0 questions answered, too. Additionally, right before Dr. Valencia's accident, my wife whom I referred, had her biopsy done, which I had done before as well, and it was very painful and took like 6months to heal and I still have 3 scars on my leg. But my wife to this very date never got her results. We've been calling and emailing the office, no one ever answers or returns the calls. We left multiple voicemails asking just to email us the results. Nothing!its been months! Her insurance is trying to charge her thousands of dollars for this biopsy and we can't even get the results. And what now? To go to another neurologist and go through another painful biopsy and get additional 3 scars and pay another thousand of dollars? It's madness! I have a lot of compassion and understanding for Dr Valencia situation, I'm sure getting into this accident and not even being able to heal properly left her angry. It would make any of us angry. But she's not a regular person, she's a doctor who has an obligation to her patients. It's not right to take it out on us when we didn't do anything wrong. It's not right to ignore her patients and not to give them their results after making literal holes in their body. The least she can do is inform us she doesn't take patients, give people their results, and take a break. But she's handling all this in the worst way possible. I can see from other reviews here and on Google, lots of her devoted and loyal patients were subjected to similar treatment. There's just no excuse for that! All I want at this point is just to get my wife's results and find another doctor who has mental capacity to do their job.

So, John is writing this review:…read more I first met Dr. Seiff when I was in the ER at Saint Rose Hospital in January of 2023 due to unrelenting pain in my lower back. I learned I had spondylolisthesis! I had been under the care of a chiropractor due to my lower back pain, but this was so incredibly paralyzing pain, I needed a wheelchair. The outstanding part of my history is that Dr. Seiff carefully and thoughtfully explained I needed PLIF posterior lumbar interbody fusion of my S1 to L5 vertebrae. Following the surgery and six weeks of PT, I returned to my active lifestyle! Fast forward to the summer of 2025 I was invited by my brother-in-law and nephew to quad ride in the back country of Southern Utah. Unfortunately, at 62 and a history of degenerative disc disease, I should have declined the offer. Well to make a long story short, it took a few months and the use of a cane and my stubbornness before I made an appointment to see Dr. Seiff again. I suffered a herniated disc of my L4, which required another emergency surgery, because I also had the onset of Cauda Equina Syndrome! That had a nightmarish sound to it! So, on October 8, 2025 I had another PLIF and I am the proud owner of new titanium rods, screws and a new bone graph for my L4 this time. In conclusion, I am profoundly thankful that Dr. Seiff has put my lumbar spine back together twice! I love this man for his professionalism and dedication to me and understanding the importance of returning to a healthy lifestyle! However, I will now act my age and forever avoid long back country quad rides, no more downhill skiing, and other over the top activities that might compromise my spine again.
