At the Eastern office, I felt I was treated differently because I'm not Hispanic and don't speak Spanish. The service was unprofessional, and I left feeling ignored and uncomfortable. I decided to give the Sun City location a chance, but it was just as bad. I waited two hours to see the doctor, and she spent barely 15 minutes with me. When I tried to explain my symptoms and concerns, she dismissed everything and told me I was "too young" to have anything wrong -- simply because most of their patients in that area are older. She ordered a lot of bloodwork but didn't explain any of it. When I asked questions, she brushed me off and told me to take collagen and vitamins because I'm in my 40s. That had nothing to do with what I was actually feeling. She even made a rude comment when I asked about testosterone levels, instead of educating me respectfully. Both locations showed poor communication, lack of professionalism, and a complete disregard for patient concerns. If you're going to work in healthcare, you should care about people -- not stereotype them based on age, race, or language. This was unacceptable, and I will not be returning.

I transferred over to intermountain health medical clinic. Got my cologuard test free of charge by Humana. Also got a bone destiny test on the outside visit. Also that doctor at East Tropicana center well medical clinic told me not to fast before I take a test a blood test. If you want good results don't go to center well East.2 star rating

I've been a Type 1 Diabetic since 1962 - 64 years! I've also been in a wheelchair for the past few years waiting to have my right hip replaced and both knees rebuilt. It's not easy for me to get out of the house! I'm seeing my Orthopedic Surgeon tomorrow to schedule my hip replacement surgery. All of my test results, bloodwork, x-rays, cardiovascular, etc., have been sent to Michael at Centerwell for safe keeping. I got a call from a WITCH at Centerwell this morning. I asked her to have Michael send all my test results to my Orthopedic Surgeon, because I'm seeing him on Wednesday. AND THAT'S WHEN THE CRAP HIT THE FAN!!!!! She stated, "We can't send your test results until you come in and see Michael." Me, "HUH? Why do I need to see Michael for him to fax my test results to another doctor?" You do need to complete the FAA's online medical application first, however. The office itself is also a tiny bit tricky to locate, but the entrance is facing the parking lot with a small sign on the door. The waiting area is very small and doesn't seem to have very good air conditioning (they did have a supplemental fan). The interior is definitely nothing fancy. A very basic medical office. The staff are quite friendly and cordial as is Dr. Byer himself, and I am always in and out quite quickly! Don't forget the confirmation number from your FAA online application. They will need this for your medical certificate to be issued. This is a great choice for your FAA medical certificate!

They were backed up and I have extreme sensory issues. I waited as long as I could under the fluorescent lights with David. About an hour. Finally just after trying to open the inoperable window and before bashing my body against the walls I decided to leave... but the Doctor was standing in the hall and said "I'll be in there next!" I waited. He was with us in under a minute and graciously apologetic. I blurted out that I have sensory issues and the room was difficult for me-- and he reached up and turned off the offending fluorescents! "Is that better?"
