Most of the food here is pretty good, but not always what's advertised. I ordered Mongolian beef, which included sautéed beef, rice, and scallions. the flavor is great, but the some of the beef included is ground beef, shaped into little nuggets and tucked under the regular steak pieces. gross. it feels like "we know you signed up for this protein but we're gonna cut it with something cheap without telling you to save us money." wontons and soup are great and normal, just kind of sad about the weird beef nuggets. maybe that is normal for here, but i've order Mongolian beef from pretty much every other restaurant and it's always been steak. maybe it's just a difference in taste, the flavor is great, so if you like your Mongolian beef ground, look no further! read more

I order food from here through DoorDash. And the sushi we got was sooooo good!!!!! I don't have a a picture cause we ate it all so fast. There was a large amount of fish and the price isn't to bad. I'd prefer a lower price but with the large pieces of fish in the sushi it's worth it. The atmosphere of the inside of the building is much nicer than the outside appearance. Very calm and quiet. Seemed to be very clean as well. I was very disappointed with my ramen bowl because I've had much better for less money. I have no idea how it's made but to me it did not taste homemade and I didn't like the add-ins or noodles they used. My husband, however, got the shrimp tempura bento box and did not stop talking about how good it was. He loved it, even though he said the fried rice was in need of some sauce. Was quite bummed with the poke bowl - the sushi rice was plain white rice (no rice vinegar, sugar, like sushi rice should be) & the wasabi Mayo sauce was this bright artificial green color. Probably wouldn't come back for the poke bowl. The ramens my family got were decent, the broths are just not very flavorful & the upcharge for so little meat is not worth it. read more

We ate here for the first time tonight. I was so surprised that they put sugar in my hibachi vegetables! Grilled vegetables and sugar?? I don't eat sugar, so I was super disappointed. And the price was horrendous for the amount of food I got. I was expecting at least the average serving size for that way above average price for a no meat entree! Just like most of their customers, I went in Ginza café because the pho place next door was closed on mondays. I knew it was sketchy when I walked in, but I thought I would give it a try. I ordered the Korean Ramen with the pork belly. If I'm lying, I'm dying, it was instant Korean Ramen. The water that they called broth was just that water. It has some chili oil floating in it. The noodles were definitely instant. And this whole thing cost me $17. Do yourself a favor and pass on this place. read more

The wife and I ate here on a Monday afternoon because Pho was closed and we're hesitant because of the poor reviews but decided to take a chance ... We both got poke bowls and liked the option to build your own. We both decided on sushi rice with spicy tuna & salmon with different toppings and enjoyed them. It's a good size bowl with a lot of rice and decent amount of toppings. By the time I was almost finished with the bowl I had a lot more rice left than toppings. I ordered Taro Boba Tea and was asked if I "wanted any toppings?" I asked what toppings were she she said "boba and jelly" which I assumed (yes I know where assuming gets me) meant "extra"... as in "additional" since I asked for boba tea! So I get this bullshitass drink with no boba because I didn't agree to "toppings." It's a $6 drink with no phucking balls inside and isn't even blended. I've lived all over this country, ordered "boba tea" from countless restaurants and it never once came without Boba inside! I ordered 2 sushi rolls, got one free - because that's their thing, and they are WARM. Not Spicy, but warm. Who tf serves sushi that isn't deep fried, warm?! I drove 90 minutes for this expensive ass shitty lunch with no boba havin' ass drink and little ol' sushi rolls. I'll stay home next time and fix some shit I got at the house! Coworkers and I could not wait until this place opened up so we could give this a try... 2 of the 4 in group made bad menu choices because the food was awful!!! The specialty General Tso bowl was nothing but fried chicken nuggets tossed in a sauce over some extremely dry/sticky rice. We both got bubble guts and rumble tummy before making it a mile down the road. Coworker 3 was given wrong sushi order, but was halfway done before it was noticed. He said it was very good. Coworker 2 said his steak/shrimp hibachi was tasty. Too expensive for what given. Not sure worth repeating. read more

Got sushi, Hibachi chicken, and the ramen bowl. It was ok. The fried rice was bland. The noddles in the ramen where a little to Al dente for myself. The ramen noodles also tasted like wheat flour noodle. That's all I could taste. Flavor of the broth was little to none. The sushi rolls where big and a little loose. Not sure how I liked the fruit in my sushi. Still out on that one. The zucchini was a little to raw. And was told it didn't have much flavor either. I may try it again but, still not 100% if I will. We ordered the General Tso Bowl and the shrimp fried rice bowl. We ordered California roll sushi and a fried shrimp tempura. The General Tso Bowl was these big chunks of chicken that were burnt. They tasted like ones that came out of a bag. No flavor except for burnt. The shrimp and the shrimp fried rice bowl we're overcooked and burnt around the edges. The sushi one was hot and one was cold but yeah they put them both together in the same container. It was a waste of $33. read more

We ordered the Mongolian beef & spring rolls & we have never seen Mongolian beef done so poorly! The beef was dry & minced so fine that it wouldn't even stay on a fork. The only other recognizable food in there was red onions. It was served over brown rice that was obviously stale & dry. More rice than anything else in the bowl. Took my daughter to Ginza in Easley today for lunch. A $50 lunch. I ordered the 'Mongolian Beef Bowl' and sent back to the kitchen after two bites. I told the waitress it was "disgusting" and if I ate any more of it I would likely "vomit". It had this sickening sweet cloying taste - almost as if the meat was spoiled. The meat itself was strips of (if you can believe it) machine-tenderized cube steak. No offer to exchange for another entrée, no offer to return my money - only a very perfunctory 'sorry' from the waitress.
