I wish I could rate this place ZERO stars. Ordered the Greer roll which was a tempura shrimp roll in a to go order - when started to eat it I noticed the texture was "off". Upon further inspection, the shrimp was gray in color - practically raw. Now I hope I don't get sick, which would be the worse part of it. Fantastic! Help keep this place in business. We had excellent sushi and I'm not personally a sushi person. What places this food in my heart is the curry. It definitely has a heat, but I loved it. (Just keep a beverage close) Also tried the steak tacos. Very well seasoned and packaged well to go. They didn't get soggy. Great service , reasonable prices, and great food. it was around rush hour at 5:40 almost 6 pm and the cashier was pretty distant with earbuds in, and when i got home and ate my roll after a great seaweed salad, i got to the last roll and chewed a broken piece of glass. horrible texture and experience after eating my meal mostly and then getting a glads shard on the last bite. read more

Order always takes a bit to long I always put my order in and live 20 mins away and still end up waiting 10-15 mins. However it always tastes amazing very filling never over cooked. The service tends to nice. read more

My daughter and I popped in for our first time this past weekend. I can't speak to the sushi, but we both ordered the Pad Thai and it was really good! The serving was pretty big - more than I could finish and it was loaded with a variety of vegetables like fresh bell peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli. The grilled chicken on it was excellent - I could have eaten it alone and enjoyed it. We also had the spring rolls, which were fresh and delicious. Overall, the meal was great and the prices were good too - only $9 for a huge dish and $2 extra for chicken. My only complaint was that it was FREEZING inside - it was a really cold day and the heater just couldn't seem to keep up. So, if you are going in winter, bring a coat and plan to keep it on. We ordered the chicken bento box with a spider roll on the side. The spider roll kinda came apart in my hands trying to eat it. No way to pick it up with chop sticks. The bento box was ok. Not awesome but adequate. Service is slow so ordering 20 minutes before you go is the best way. The black menu has old prices so be ready for a price increase. The Sushi Shack is a little off the beaten path but still convenient. They had around five or six tables so I would say their business is more focused on delivery. There were multiple delivery pickups from different services while we were there. It's not your typical full service, sit down restaurant. You order at the counter and then go and sit down. They will bring the food to your table when it is ready. The service time was pretty standard and the people were very nice. We only order sushi. The roll choices are pretty limited and basic compared to standard size sushi restaurant selections but we were able to four that suited our taste. The tuna was a bit fishy on one roll and their spicy tuna is definitely spicy. The rolls were good but not great or excellent. The meat quality and flavor was the main factor in my just good or average opinion of the rolls. We might go back and try something else but right now the sushi is a pass for us. When you spend $60+ for two people you really should be wowed. read more

My soup came in a plastic deli dish and also wasn't quite as up to par on flavor as I would have liked. The sushi chef has zero personality and clearly no customer service skills. I would have gotten over it if their food was amazing, however, it for sure was not. In my experience, Boba Tea is more like a slushy, mine was not only not a slushy, it had no flavor at all. Maybe the consistency amongst boba tea from one establishment to the next is not consistent, but flavor should be, every-time. Salad was from a bag. We like to location of Sushi Shack and the drive thru option. Lunch is really easy to pick up and head back to the office and orders are typically ready in 10-20 minutes. I have ordered the crunchy crab roll and emperial mango roll. I have enjoyed both. My husband has ordered the curry and the kung pao chicken entrees on different occasions and hated it. I tried both and agreed with him. We make coconut milk curry at home and the Sushi Shack curry tasted like chemicals more than anything. We also have kung pao chicken at home and Sushi Shack kung pao chicken came with barely any sauce, the chicken wasn't breaded and just didn't taste what we were expecting.
