I've been going to a different self-serve dog wash, and this place is by far the best I've been to. I won't be going anywhere else from now on. I was really impressed with the washing tubs, quality of shampoo, the dryer worked great and the price! An extra perk... I was the only one there, so we were able to pay, walk to the back, wash, dry, and be done all within 30 minutes.

The shop was dimly lit in some areas so I'm assuming that they're in the middle of re-organizing or something. Livestock price wise, i think it's reasonable. Although some tissue cultured were on the pricier side. The selection of plants and livestock were OK, I would probably only visit if you need equipment though. They have some ADA, UNS, Chihiros, CO2 tanks, etc. Here are some of the livestock prices to give you a sense of what they charge. This location uses ABC Cam, and only two zones (which are infrequently used) are visible. The room that is visible from the window in the store is not viewable online and hasn't been for a while. This is highly disappointing as I enjoyed being able to see my dogs on the camera while I'm at work. It gave me great peace of mind knowing that my boys were having fun while I was busy making that doggo treat money. Every time I've mentioned it to the staff and inquired about when it might be fixed, I've received shrugs and confusion in return. For all I know, it could be a bureaucratic nightmare to fix. Again, this issue isn't something I'd remove a star for. The staff has always been really nice and there are brands at this location that are not at the other Dublin PetSmart. I definitely trust that the staff is taking good care of my boys while I am at work...but it would be great to be able to see my dogs' cute play time while I'm at work.

Our aquariums are clear and clean and he was even able to remove some of the existing surface scratches in the plexiglass! A bonus I hadn't anticipated. Dean created the optimal breeding environment in our tanks. Our angel fish are happily laying eggs (although they are still learning how to protect them) and our live bearers are steadily reproducing. My mom spends several hours a day enjoying the action in her aquariums; watching her tetras dart in and out of the lush plant life and her plecos play hide and seek in the drift wood. Her aquariums have never looked better and she has never spent so much time enjoying the view of the underwater sanctuary Dean helped us create. Thanks Dean! You rock!

They are much more resilient than standard aquarium fish. I ask the kid near the tanks for a couple of scoops of feeders, maybe 20 or so. Punk starts demanding what size tank I have and what kind of fish. NONE of his business. I reiterate I just want feeders. He states hes the manager of the store and refuses to sell them to me. Goes on some weird rant about how the feeder tank is "thousands of gallons of water" and it's his responsibility to NOT sell me fish unless I tell him my tank size. I kept repeating they were feeder fish. He kept on about it being his responsibility to make sure the fish were going to be appropriately taken care of. FEEDER gold fish. In the end I just left and went to PetSmart where you're not grilled by some snot kid about feeder fish care. If my kid keeps with her fish project, I will certainly NEVER buy at Petco. Most infuriating Mother's Day experience ever. And their Bettas looked half dead as well.

Sadly the only way to ensure your dog is groomed in a timely fashion is to pay extra. Zoom groom is now a thing. Why do we have to pay to watch our groomer take care of a family member? Perhaps because the manager of the store gives people dirty looks when we try to drop our beloved pets off during grooming salon hours that are incorrect in the door.
