    Awesome pizza!!!

The pizza and sampler were delicious. The service was great and the ambiance was cool and chill.

I haven't had this in so long because the last time i ate here our Pizza was obviously burned but they waited for us to complain to replace it. This was however in a different location and it was 3 years ago. So i decided to give it another try. This time for delivery. I ordered the Deep Dish All Meat abd Extra Thin Chicken Pesto. It was tasty full of flavor. And the crunchiness of the Extra Thin Chicken Pesto. I was actually picking the sides around the pizza. I also had the Parmesan Fries oh so yummy. Cooked perfectly and the right amount of seasoning. Next time i would be trying their wings next time. So there will definitely a next time.

Worst guy working the phone on Wednesday June 16th at 9 PM. Gave me a salad with bacon and chicken I it after I specified I needed vegetarian. Upon calling back called me a liar and hung up the phone. Never again visiting this worst location. This franchise knew how to take care of customers. I worked there as an employee for several years. No wonder Lou Malnati's has got their number!!!

Deep dish pizza is one of my favorite things to eat! However I'll never be able to decide which I like more, giordanos or Lou malnatis! My family and I picked giordanos and we got one deep dish, one thin crust and the cheesy garlic bread. We did different toppings for half of the pizzas and they got the order correct! We ordered it around 1220 and it came by 130, which was right on time! The food was great as always. The cheesy garlic bread had the right amount of garlic blended with the cheese. Thin crust is also good here too. I know everyone goes crazy for the deep dish but just incase someone was wondering about thin crust (:

Hey have a prime real estate spot right on the corner of Touhy and Lincoln, and the best part of this location is there's garage parking attached to the building! Always a plus when a restaurant has parking! (I can't speak to what parking is like on a busy weekend night, but it's definitely great to have parking on site!) Our server was Jeff K and he was so kind and attentive to us the entire dining experience. When he saw that my daughter and I brought a birthday gift, he proactively asked whose birthday it was! When we told him, he secretly told us he will bring something special for him later (which he did). We didn't order any appetizers but were brought complimentary warm bread for the table. Our entire party enjoyed our entrees and the ambiance. The hostess also came over and checked on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction, and we were never left waiting for anything, and did not feel rushed to move along. I imagine this restaurant had a beautiful vibe in the evening, and the outdoor patio seating will be very popular when the weather stabilizes. Will definitely be back!

Our server, I think his name was Jose, was very professional, courteous, and friendly. He came back to check on us numerous times and was very quick bringing anything we needed. We had the asparagus salad, the Darte salad, the grilled shrimp appetizer, the grilled vegetables, the grilled calamari, the carpaccio of octopus, and chicken Parmesan. At the start, they brought out bread, olive oil and grated cheese. The bread was a little dry on the outside, but it was warm. The asparagus salad was missing something - maybe salt? It just felt like it lacked flavor even though it had Gorgonzola cheese on it. The grilled vegetables, however, were perfect. It was a combination of one longstem, artichoke heart, one long grilled carrot, a couple of slices of zucchini, and a couple of asparagus. We had asked for them to be well grilled and they were sort of, I can't imagine how few grill marks they would have on them if they hadn't done what he had asked. The Darte salad was a nice size portion with mixed greens, golden and regular raisins, and walnuts. The balsamic vinaigrette is nice and flavorful, and doesn't separate the way it can at some places. The grilled shrimp were very good, nicely seasoned and very well charred. The grilled calamari were great, although they were quite small. There were many more of them than on the pictures. The carpaccio of octopus was very nicely, presented with very thin slices of octopus a nice bright dressing over it and the greens. The chicken Parmesan was a very large portion with the breaded chicken cutlet underneath a large layer of cheese ravioli all topped with marinara sauce, and then cheese, which was browned very well, it was very tasty. For dessert we had two different gelato - the maple bourbon, which would go great with a banana cake and the hazelnut chocolate, which was unbelievably flavorful and smooth. The pistachio and ricotta cake looks very good, but we didn't want to get three desserts. Maybe next time!

I live in Buena Park, and I have driven down Irving Park Road, passing this restaurant one hundred times, but never gave it much thought. The space was originally a pizza restaurant called Hearth & Crust and owned by the same people. From what I understand, they closed their original Bueno Terra restaurant in Logan Square and reopened it in this Hearth & Crust space. In fact, the Hearth & Crust logo is still etched into the glass at the inner front of the restaurant. The restaurant was packed, especially with families, but they sat us in a semi-private, glass-enclosed room at the front of the restaurant. The sliding windows were open to the sidewalk and Irving Park Road. That kept the room pleasantly cool, but it was noisy. I could not hear anyone talk except the people sitting right next to me. We had one waiter assigned to our table--someone who knew the people in our group who frequent Bueno Terra--and he was personable and attentive. For the table, we ordered the arancini and fried calamari. Both were excellent. For my entrée, I ordered the Melanzana alla Emilia Romagna--eggplant medallions with a crunchy almond crust served with tomato basil sauce and topped with caramelized onions and goat cheese. Kind of a play on eggplant parmesan, but richer and better. My friends said that they often order it as an appetizer. It was unusual and delicious--I loved it. I do not drink alcohol, but I ordered a Berry Lemonade--strawberry, raspberry, and blueberry muddled with lemon soda. It was tart but refreshing. Platters were served with mixed of desserts--tiramisu, cheesecake and profiteroles. All excellent. The service and food were both great and we all had a wonderful time. Although it doesn't look like much driving past Irving Park Road, Bueno Terra is a gem that I highly recommend.

Punctuated by an AMAZING meal, each visit was individually unique and beyond enjoyable. The daily specials offer a soup that never disappoints no matter what the selection. There was complimentary homemade focaccia and white bean dip to start, which was both a huge bonus and possibly the best bread I've had in a minute! The bean dip especially was so flavorful and unique. We split the carciofo (artichokes in lemon butter) and meatballs with polenta to start. The artichokes were bright and not too heavy. I think the meatballs could've had a little more flavor, but they were tender and the polenta was very smooth and creamy. For mains, we split the chicken parmigiano and rigatoni alla buttera. The chicken was ultra crispy and the marinara was exceptionally flavorful. The rigatoni was rich and meaty with very tender sausage. We really enjoyed both and had a ton of leftovers.
