Absolutely loved it here. Very informative people who work there and a variety of types of tastings. Plus a lot of options to add on to eat to supplement so I advise having lunch or saving room here. Bought a few bottles and we are already planning a return back to sample more.

Venue and service are old world worthy! Wines, need a bit of development when comparing to Finger Lakes, Charlottesville, and Willamette Valley.

Classic vineyard energy. It's beautiful inside and out! Many options including mocktails and spirits. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The outdoor patio is perfect for spring and summer !

We made a reservation. A friend recommended this place. They only have bar bites. We ate dinner beforehand and got the shishito peppers in a glaze with sea salt, which was tasty. Server was knowledgeable and told us about the vineyard and global locations. The summer white flight was good. I tried the Wolffer around the world flight and didn't like them as much. I got the hibiscus cider, which was tasty. People like to take photos by the vines. There's a gift shop to buy their wines, ciders, and other products.

Wölffer Estate Vineyard -- Sagaponack, NY Wölffer is one of my favorite places, and an absolute must if you're visiting the Hamptons. The vineyard is peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the wines are truly exceptional. They offer light snacks to pair with your drinks, and everything is served in a setting that feels both relaxed and refined. I was lucky enough to visit during bud break--when the grapevines start to bloom--which made the experience even more special. Whether you're into wine, nature, or just looking for a serene escape, Wölffer delivers. Highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

That view! Move your glass, we can't see the view! So pwetty. And tasty!

This was paradise! Granted, we got there before anyone else, just for 1 drink. But wow, what a stunning spot to sit, have a drink, and enjoy the view. This should be A MUST VISIT for anyone experiencing the Hamptons for the 1st time. ALSO PRICES ARE NOT BAD AT ALL - very affordable ROSES and CIDERS.

The service was nice and the place filled up quick. We enjoyed the rainy view from the patio. To be honest, I feel like the food was kind of bogus because it was nothing unique, $$ for small bites. Appreciated the freshness of hummus on the mezz plate. . . Not sure if you can bring your own food in like some other places. I'd recommend to check it out if you like wine.

Let me begin by stating that Wolffer Estate is gorgeous. The entire aesthetic is beautiful. Everything about it was truly picturesque. The service was great. Our server had a wealth of knowledge about the wines. My only complaint is the pricing. My wife and I have done a lot of wine tastings. A lot of regions, and different countries. The prices felt comparable to drinking wine in Napa Valley. A flight of four wines with 2 oz. pours were $40 each! The group of us were all in disbelief. We ordered the white wine and red wine flights which totaled $80. We also ordered a charcuterie board; that came out to $50! We ordered two bottles, and the total came out to over $300, similar to a nice, upscale restaurant. I understand we were in a touristy area, and Wolffer Estate is well renown, but that pricing was a bit outrageous. This is my favorite winery in Long Island, but just be prepared for the pricing.

This vineyard is beautiful. The restaurant is beautifully decorated. We had a wine tasting and appetizers but everything was fresh and delicious. Our server was friendly. I'd love to come back.

Cute little place Unfortunately when we went it was off season But we did find a few wine options we liked and ended up making a purchase and can't wait to try it!

I had such a lovely time! It is beautiful and we had great service! The food and wine were amazing! The kitchen closed about an hour into our reservation but we were still able to get everything we wanted to order. The hummus, flatbread, and shishito peppers were probably my top 3! Definitely would come back next time I'm in the Hamptons!

August 2 2025 Joined a group for the Vineyard Tour and Tasting. A cheese and charcuterie and pita bread board put out. For five wines. Two roses, one Chardonnay, and two reds (one Malbec and one blend). Would do again. Despite my coming in without an initial reservation, they were able to get me in with one spot left. The place also felt cozy, especially in a nice summer day like today

Good vineyard with so much of historical facts behind the wines being sold. Service was good. We couldn't get any tour of the distillery though but seemed good variety of wines being manufactured here. For the first time visit surprised to find double or more than double priced bottles at the dining table than their outlet. Overall a good winery to try in Hamptons!

Topping Rose House, Bridgehampton: Culinary Highs and Service Lows…read moreRating: (Food: 9.5 | Service: 6) Topping Rose House remains a bit of a Bridgehampton enigma. As a spot we find ourselves returning to a couple of times a year, the kitchen continues to operate at a gold standard, even when the front-of-house seems to be stuck in a bit of a fog. The Food: A Seasonal Symphony If you are coming strictly for the palate, you will not be disappointed. The freshness of the ingredients is palpable: * Oysters: These were pristine--served icy cold and exceptionally fresh. The mignonette was the standout here; perfectly balanced and bright, it elevated the oysters rather than masking them. * Pea Soup: This was a revelation. It tasted as if the peas had been picked just yesterday; it was vibrant, "green," and utterly delightful. * Lobster Roll: While it was admittedly small in stature (especially for the price point), the execution was flawless. It was bright, crunchy, and avoided the heavy mayo-trap that many local spots fall into. The Service: A Comedy of Errors Unfortunately, the gap between the kitchen and the dining room was wide during this visit. While our waitress was personally lovely, the actual mechanics of the service were incredibly frustrated: * Timing Issues: We were offered bread at the start of the meal, yet it didn't grace the table until we were finished eating. * The Water Gap: Our sparkling water sat empty for far too long. Refills were offered, but like the bread, they arrived only after the meal had concluded. * Lack of Proactivity: There was no offer for drink refills throughout the courses. * Accountability: Most disappointing was the lack of acknowledgment. Mistakes happen, but a simple "I'm so sorry for the delay" goes a long way. Instead, the lapses were never addressed or accounted for. The Verdict: Topping Rose House serves some of the most phenomenal, fresh food in the Hamptons. However, when you're paying Bridgehampton prices, you expect the service to match the caliber of the kitchen. We'll likely be back because the pea soup and oysters are hard to quit, but we'll be crossing our fingers for a more attentive experience next time. mi

We were deciding between a few caterers and had a tasting with the Perry's that just sealed the deal. My (now) husband and I walked out of there saying it felt like we just had lunch with our aunt & uncle, it felt like we had known them that long! We devoured every little last bite at that tasting.. Nothing went to waste! John was so helpful with everything leading up to the day of as well, from picking out rentals, to working out our timeline. We decided to have a different format (cocktail stations as opposed to a formal sit-down dinner) and working together, John helped us make sure we'd have a smooth flow and that everything would go off without a hitch. As we were working out the details with the rentals, I never felt like he was pushing me one way or the other -- even when he put together the list of kitchen items they'd need (my venue did not provide any set-up), I knew he was being careful about not over-ordering. I really felt like he had my best interests in mind at all times. Having him to coordinate all the details made me feel at ease.. I knew I was in good hands! On our actual wedding day, we were so well taken care of. The staff made sure we were eating (haha, doesn't always happen at weddings!) and everything ran so smoothly. Later in the evening, a very traumatic family emergency happened during the reception that put a frightening pause on the celebration. John was a rock and I really felt like I looked to him for the "What now?" John & Nikki were different from some of our other vendors with whom we'll probably not be in touch again. I feel like we'll be sending John & Nikki Christmas cards for years to come.. :) They embraced us and made us feel like family, and I'm certain they will you too.
