Passing through Paris, KY on a Monday afternoon, so we stopped for a late lunch. The gentlemen on duty was very friendly and accommodating, The price for two buffets was very reasonable and the buffet was well stocked and tasted fresh. Every time i ordered carry out the condiments are hit or miss. I order the same thing every time. might get 1 sauce or 3 or none. The staff doesn't care. The owner doesn't care. Even going in for the buffet is hit or miss. There might be fresh pizza or dried pizza chips waiting to be replaced. If im going to spend money to go out and eat, im sure as hell not flipping a coin with this restaurant again. There are other pizza places in Paris, avoid this one. read more

About a week ago I placed an order for pickup. The order was to be picked up at 5:30pm. It wasn't even put into the oven until I got there. Then the order was incorrect. I called the store and the man who answered apologized and said he would give us a free pizza on our next order. We called today to get our pizza and the same man said he couldn't see anything on our phone number listing about a problem. After a brief argument we said we would just go elsewhere for pizza, even though we ordered from them on a regular basis. The guy said "that's great. Thanks." Small town business usually is better about customer service. I would go to one of the big pizza places in Paris. These guys aren't worth the trouble. read more

I used to live in Paris and visited this establishment regularly, I now live in Georgetown and wanted the buffet so I visited today. It was just like I remembered. Great little pizza buffet joint! We stopped on a Sunday evening and the buffet was well stocked and fresh. The salad bar was a perfect compliment to the buffet also. The service was quick and responsive when refilling the pizza buffet and salad bar. The seating is laid out well accommodating several customers without feeling crowded. The place is quaint, adequately decorated and always clean. Don't miss your chance to grab a quick bite here! They even have a pasta and baked potato bar with all the fixings. Recently traveled to Flemingsburg and stopped en route at Giovannis in Paris, KY for lunch. Great salad bar featuring all you can eat for a price more reasonable than most fast food joints. Was impressed that the salad bar also included a baked potato, which added to the value. Service was friendly, food was fresh, location was spotless. The price was rather good. My husband, 2 kids and my self got the buffet with drinks for around 27.00. The food was decent. Some of it looked to have been there awhile but all tasted good. Very poor customer service. My disabled son with Autism went there with his CLS (Community Living Supports) worker, and the manager attempted to strong-arm them into leaving because my son was having a meltdown about an unrelated issue. Then, when the CLS worker asked the manager if they were being asked to leave, the manager collected their plates, which they were not finished with, and walked away. The manager also accused my child of going up to the buffet counter unattended. My child is physically 9 years old, but at a developmental age of 5-6. He's being supervised by his CLS worker on how to work a buffet, by selecting his food and placing it on the plate. How else is he supposed to learn? This isn't the 1920s anymore. Disabled individuals are not locked indoors or institutionalized to keep them away from non-disabled individuals. The employees at this establishment, management especially, need to brush up on the Americans with Disabilities Act, and all that it entails. Corporate was notified of this incident. Rude and disrespectful behavior such as this makes me not want to return to this establishment. read more

Recently renovated and what a wonderful job they did! The salad bar is fresh with great variety and the pizza is absolutely delicious.

It's not ur typical chain pizza, very tasty pizza, very clean,and well kept place, the service is great and prices are very reasonable, give it a shot u will not be disappointed ,they have a huge salad bar , they even have ice cream to go with there buffet , that was a selling point for me lol read more
