Our waitress then sat at the table with the child (close to the hostess podium) and other waitresses and yelled across the restaurant to the kitchen to order herself an Italian salad. The food was awful. We ordered the chicken parm and mezalluna. The chicken was beaten paper thin and the pasta was room temp and flavorless. We added the spices they bring for the bread to the dishes in an attempt to add some flavor. $50 for water, two entrees, and a very disappointing lunch service. She did a fantastic job taking care of us. We started off with cocktails. I had the Russell's Reserve Black Manhattan and my wife had the Ketel One Dirty Martini. For our entrees, I had the Scampi Fra Diavolo and my wife had the Risotto Crostaceo. Both were excellent. For dessert, my wife was served a complimentary slice of Red Velvet Cake with a lighted candle. It was a perfect way to end the evening.
