No upgrades, no premium options, nothing out of the ordinary. At pickup, my husband was told the total was $25. After handing them a $100 bill, he received $65 back. When he questioned why the change was wrong, the employee casually said, "Oh, it's $35." The price literally went up $10 on the spot. When I called afterward to question the charge, they claimed it was a "special pizza" with "special cheese." That's a complete lie. I have a photo of the entire pizza -- it's a regular, basic medium pizza. No special cheese. No justification for $35. The pizza tasted average at best, nowhere near worth that price, and the customer service was rude and condescending, especially when my husband questioned the incorrect change.
