After the work was complete, I received a very lengthy text explaining why it was not fair that he had been charging me so little (the first I had heard of this concern), so he increased my rate by 58% AFTER the work was complete. Needless to say, I did not pay the increase and I severed my lengthy relationship with Will Davis. I am not that price sensitive, but I am extremely slimy-usiness-practices sensitive. Update: Will read my 100% truthful review, did not accept responsibility, and needed to fight back (as the bible teaches I guess). He responded. "The review was a poor choice and a direct reflection of YOUR true character. I will pray for you."

To his credit it was late afternoon when he washed them, but the next morning in the sunlight, you could see the film and residue on the windows. See my photos. I texted him with photos to let him know, and he said he would come back. He didn't show yesterday or communicate with me to let me know he needed to reschedule. He didn't use squeegees, just microfiber cloths and a scrubber. I would not recommend.

He told me several times he was coming back to finish the job but never showed and stopped responding. He told me he was local and did a lot of work around my area but never could come back to finish the job. It was professional and I did not feel rushed to make a decision. We spoke on the phone and I provided him with the number of windows, etc. He emailed me a quote and the breakdown of the cost for each service included. Some of the other quotes were lower but I could tell that I would get what I pay for. Ronnie (or Ronald) cleaned the interior and exterior of my windows and did an impeccable job. He is extremely detailed and took his time to make sure my windows looked perfect. And they did!!! I did not realize the difference it makes when the windows are clean. The difference in the light coming in was amazing. He even told us which window needed new caulking. I cannot say enough about the quality of his work.
