That's smart policy and probably their stocks will move upwards again. Walgreens has quite a lot of locations in the DC area Here you'll find a clean and organized store. Very nice pharmacy. Employees are polite and do a good job keeping up with check out. Sometimes the parking lot is a challenge, but that's typical of northern Virginia. If you're in the area, they usually are cheaper than CVS. That alone helps.

He went back and forth with me saying it's not his fault whoever worked last night didn't run the machine and I will have to wait for a manager who knows how to run the machine. Another employee interjected when I began to explain this is an inconvenience to customers who place orders and travel in to pickup. She let me know he doesn't know how to run the machine. When I asked if my photo would be ready by 2 they laughed and said no the person comes in around that time. The way I was handled was down right not ok.As I began to walk away I heard someone burst out laughing, I turned and said this type of treatment of your customers is not funny and I will be making a complaint , someone said "fuck you" in a low tone. At this pharmacy, I was quoted over $8 with insurance, and when the BIN was applied, the price increased rather than decreased. The staff could not provide a clear explanation for the discrepancy. I could go on to tell so MANY examples of this, but this review would turn into a book. Pharmacy Employees are very unfriendly and do not ever accept fault or apologize for anything. Not one time. I just asked the girl: "Where's the blonde that I asked for?" She pouted and went to get the boss. I explained calmly that the young lady didn't do what asked and the boss said I could leave and didn't have to pay. Good! It wasn't worth the money. But stating that I used foul language is designed to offset the complaint--which was a legitimate complaint. Sad that this is the tactic this lousy hair salon has to use. Go somewhere else--this place lacks integrity to say the least.
