I hired a cleaner to do a move-in cleaning special a few days before living in the apartment. The communication on yelp was instant and friendly. The lady that was assigned to do the work was very nice and spent six hours or so. The apartment is relatively clean but wanted a deeper clean because it was an older unit. I was unable to fully inspect her work until I moved in and saw some issues. As I was putting things away in my kitchen, I was disappointed at the amount of dust and grime still in the cupboards and drawers. I had to clean it again myself. She did do a great job in the bathroom. But my biggest issue was that she didn't clean the windows where it naturally develops that black grime/ mold. Anyway, lesson learned... always inspect the work after and ask specific things to be cleaned. Still, I thought that it was a given to clean the windows. read more

I contacted Irina to do a move out clean on 07.31. When I used her a year ago for a move out clean she did an amazing job. I was expecting Irina to show up but it was a different lady named Shaunna (unsure of spelling) which was upsetting because I called to have Irina come back. The lady had a short attitude from the moment she arrived. She was supposed to clean the bathroom, blinds, windows and the full kitchen including the stove. After 3 1/2 she told me she was done. I checked the oven and it still had burnt food in it stuck in the bottom and she said that she did the best she could which was BS. She did clean the bottom oven drawer either and she said oh I forgot. She didn't clean any of the counters. I called Irina and told her that first off I expected for her to do the clean because I was familiar with her work and Shaunna did an awful job. Irina offered to come back the following morning to correctly do the clean or take an hour of cleaning off. The new tenants were moving in the following day so the cleaning needed to be completed that day. So I paid $112 for a half ass cleaning job. After she left I looked at everything in more detail. She did not clean the refrigerator or freezer see the photos. She did not clean the floor either. I requested that Irina send me a receipt which she did not send AND I texted her and let her know all of the things that were not completed and she did not respond. I took a normal cleaning sponge and used the scrubbed and was able to get the oven clean. I had to clean my floors, counters, oven and refrigerator after paying for the clean. I will never use this cleaning company again. read more

I called three companies to give me estimates on a deep clean to prepare my house for listing it for sale. The house is empty so I didn't expect it to require a lot of work. The first company I called gave me a very reasonable bid but then realized I lived in an area they did not service. They recommended a second company which I called next.
