A great go-to when we've been out all day and want to get "closer to home" for a cocktail and a bite to eat before calling it a night. We've enjoyed several dishes and for the most part, have been pleased. Tonight the food was just a little off. I've had the beef tenderloin sliders before and they've been great. Tonight, they were just a little too chewy. Maybe it was just a matter of not cutting across the grain. Not sure. Won't keep me from trying it again. They have a great flavor with the mushrooms and onions. My friends had a sausage and mushroom pizza. No complaints on flavor, it just wasn't hot. We sit at the bar and gamble when we eat. Came here for an early Fathers Day dinner with the family. Service was amazing, on top of refills and anything needed. Extremely attentive. Food was delicious, the chicken wings were the perfect crispiness and I appreciated that option being on a low carb diet. The caprese was amazing. It's one of my favorite things ever to eat so I was all over that. The fettuccine had a good amount of sauce, the chicken parm was a good helping. I give them a 4.5 for interior finishes all very nice, well maintained and most importantly to me very clean! I ordered sausages and peppers off the happy hour menu and a garden salad with Italian dressing. The salad was excellent and the sausage and peppers were very good. I give them a 4.25 for food quality and taste. They didn't skimp one bit. Service was also very good. Wasn't rushed and wasn't bothered. The more I go the more I like it. They could build their menu out a little but it pretty good as is. I have a hard time with red sauce on my stomach, and theirs never upsets mine. The salad is ALWAYS fresh and crispy & the crust/dough is clearly fresh. The service when we eat in vs ordering to go knocks them down to a four vs five for me - it's just consistently not that good. First time here Food was a bit mid. Alfredo didn't have much flavor and my husband asked for chicken and the server said yes but he didn't put any. When we asked, he said "yeah if there's chicken they would've put it on top" instead of any concern maybe like a, "oh im sorry did you want chicken?" Idk. Meeting friends for dinner before going to a show so we wanted something on the informal side. Giuseppe's is pretty close to the venue so it was an excellent option. We were there in time for happy hour. Several $10 options for dinner! I went with the sausage and peppers ($10). My wife got the tuna sliders ($10). Great Italian comfort food, open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The restaurant is huge, with ample seating, very clean and well-maintained, and always provides a pleasant dining experience. I've been a customer for a while and have enjoyed the delicious Mama D's lasagna, calamari, homemade tiramisu, and so many other wonderful dishes! Recently, I stopped in for dinner and Juan Carlos was my server and he was so pleasant and really enjoyed his job! He always made sure my water was filled, my food came out in a timely manner, and all my special orders were correct!! I'll definitely ask for Juan Carlos again when I stop in. Food and service are always great. Ambiance in the main dining room is cozy with white table cloths but on nice days I love to sit in their very nice outside patio but unfortunately their chairs are not padded and very hard to sit on. There are five televisions on the patio for game watching. They need to purchase chair mats so more people can enjoy their patio. read more

This restaurant had recently catered an event I was at, so when my family was looking for a dinner spot, I was happy to suggest it. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. There seemed to be a decent amount of diners for a Thursday night. Our server was good- attentive and helpful. And the food was pretty good. My son had the pizza and said it was good. It came with fries which were super good. I wish he had another option, but it was fine. And my daughter and I split the eggplant lasagna- which was super good. The sauce was overwhelming and the pasta it came with was meh...but the eggplant itself was good. Its a nice spot in Henderson to check out, for sure. read more

We read good reviews so we gave it a try. The calamari and chicken tenders were good. The pepperoni pizza was very greasy with way too much cheese and sauce on a very thin crust and that made it slimy and soggy. You couldn't pick it up without the all the toppings sliding off so we had to eat it with a fork and knife. We had two cocktails that were ok. The bill was $80. I can't recommend it for pizza, but it has a nice environment and the appetizers were good. We might give it another try. read more

Recently had a birthday dinner here for a friend and we enjoyed it even though the start was kind of odd. To make a long story short, a few of us arrived early and while the hostess let us go to the room where our table was (single room with a large table not on the main dining area), a busser basically had us wait outside until more of our party was there and told us there'd be a $50 upcharge if we had less than 8. Not really a huge deal but just seemed odd since it wasn't a full dining room and our table was isolated anyway. Despite that, the rest of the meal was quite good. The server was friendly and checked on us, as well as brought everything out promptly. Everyone enjoyed their food and cocktails even though there were some small issues (slightly overcooked chicken for example on one plate but not others). Took the wife here for a Mother's Day Eve dinner, just the two of us. We kinda went crazy with ordering, getting the California Flatbread, Macaroni Cheese Balls, and Eggplant Parmigiana for starters and then the Mother's Day special "Mamma G's Chicken" and Pappardelle Bolognese Dinner. We knew we'd have leftovers, and that was OK. We got the flatbread first. It was good, a lot of toppings with a crusty crust (crunch outside, soft inside, just right). The bottom was firm enough to hold the slices without sogging out on us. Ingredients were fresh and tasted great. Next came out the other two apps. The mac balls were not what I expected. 3 large balls of mac n cheese, breaded, and fried. The breading had seasonings beyond just bread and the mac. Without a sauce they were delicious and I'm not that much of a mac guy. With the spicy marinara cream sauce they were absolutely amazing. So much better than I would have expected. The eggplant parm was 3 large slices of eggplant, around maybe a centimeter thick. They were breaded with seasoning and fried crispy. They then had the tomato sauce and chunks of mozzarella melted on top of them. Despite being covered in sauce, the eggplant was still crispy from the frying and that added texture with the pull of the cheese and smooth sauce was a great play in the mouth. We loved all 3. The mains came and Mamma G's was delicious. The whipped feta added a creaminess to the bites as well as a bit of flavor, but without overpowering it the way feta can if there's too much. The pasta bed was great and the mushroom and onion sauce was perfectly seasoned. I didn't have to add a single speck of pepper or salt. The chicken was fully done without being dried out. The Pappardelle Bolognese was very good with the pasta being cooked just right and that meat sauce with the wine and cream finishing coming out creamy without feeling heavy at all. For drinks we ordered a whiskey sour and an espresso martini. A whiskey sour for me is a good test of a bar, see if they use a premade bottom shelf sour mix, make their own, or at least use a better quality pre-made. The balance between the spirit and "sour" is tell for such a simple cocktail, and their balance was just write. I could taste the whiskey. I could taste the sour (I don't know if they make it themselves, but it was good and did not have the aftertaste of the cheaper stuff). They were balanced just right together to taste each, and also for each to compliment the other. The espresso martini was good to me, I'm a coffee guy, but the wife is the espresso martini gal. She declared it her new favorite one, so if we go back, I hope they're consistent. I enjoyed my sip or two I was given. We've been here before and it was always good, but for some reason this trip stood out as everything being wonderful. Will most definitely be returning. read more

First of all we eat here quite often, but now all of sudden they are charging a 3.5 % charge on all credit or debit card transactions. Which is definitely a horrible thing for a restaurant to do. We inquired about this charge , and we're told the company pays over 10 grand a year in fees . Which I dont think is our problem as a customer. Most people dont use cash anymore. Anyway I find this to be an insult. 7 11 doesn't even charge the customer for using debit or credit. I guess we will find another place for Italian. Here on a Saturday night a little after 7pm. The parking lot was full and the place was busy. Thankfully, we were seated right away. We noticed there was a private event happening in their separate dining room. It was our first time here so we weren't sure what to expect except that we knew there was a bar and gaming which is in an entirely separate room which is nice for families with children. The place is dark with steakhouse vibes big furniture and heavy tables and chairs. The booth we sat at was worn down with a seat that was surprisingly hollowed out and no longer bouncy. It was almost like a scoop. The decor is very old school with a red colored water feature in the middle of the dining room separating the kitchen from view. There were bunnies everywhere including two giant bunnies in anticipation of Easter. I thought it was cute. We ordered the calamari and prosciutto with mozzarella to start. The calamari was nice and tender, I didn't care for the breading but the white sauce it came with was very rich. I think the mozzarella was my favorite from the prosciutto appetizer. The prosciutto was kind of tough. I didn't know it could get tough. I enjoyed the bread a lot perhaps it was because I was hungry. They don't tell you that there is balsamic vinegar and olive oil but it's already on the table. We put two & two together and helped ourselves to vinegar, oil and cracked pepper. They do give you a couple cups of butter with your bread basket too if you're a butter kinda guy. We ordered the special stuffed salmon and rib eye for our entree, and a pair of cannoli for dessert. Our entrees took a while and the ribeye turned out done instead of medium. No pink at all so it was a little dry. I think that's why our server already brought out the A1? Or did he just assume we'd want it lol. My stuffed salmon was great, not dry at all and the Chianti sauce was amazing. The rice was doused with the sauce and tasted so good. The shrimp wasn't fresh and I could taste the freezer in them. However the crab stuffing was a nice pair with the fish. We took home our cannoli and ate it later, the shell was nice and crispy, not too hard and not mushy either. It was nice and crisp. I think I'll be back soon. Maybe I'll ask them to redo my steak next time. Love that this place is family friendly. I really wanted to try the Chopped Cran feta salad after seeing so many people order it from my door dash deliveries. It did not disappoint!! My son ordered the Chicken Parn sandwich and fries and he loved it. The ranch dressing for his fries was super good, and you can tell it is made fresh. Erin (might be wrong spelling) was very accommodating as well... my machine accidentally logged me out and she helped me get the bonus I didn't get from the oversight. If there was ever a time I wanted to give the 5'th star this could be it. Unfortunately the pizza was not very good.. their crust is too thick and the top was oily. I should've picked a different item because I get picky about pizza. I will certainly return and update this review. Summary for the busy executive: Excellent food and elegant atmosphere at a reasonable price in the main dining room. And in the bar, gaming and a super casual atmosphere. And a patio! Giuseppe's has something for everybody. Full review: I live just a couple of minutes from Giuseppe's, and I've been there quite a few times throughout the years. And never, ever has it let me down. Giuseppe's is located in a boring suburban shopping center with a dollar store, a patio furniture store, and the like. But it's at the edge of the shopping center facing Horizon Ridge Parkway, and not far at all from the Sunridge Heights Park. So it almost feels like you're not in boring suburbia when arriving. Inside, the atmosphere is excellently handled. The restaurant is divided into two main sections separated by a foyer. To the left is the main dining room, which is an elegant setting with wine cabinets lining the walls, a flowing water feature separating the dining area from the open kitchen, and some of the most attentive waiters in the Las Vegas valley. It's what a traditional, old-school Italian restaurant is supposed to be. To the right is the bar, which is a Las Vegas style gaming bar: large square bar with the servers in the middle. Small tables line the walls. Video poker occupies nearly every seat at the bar. And lots and lots of cigarette smoke floats around the bar. To avoid the smoke but retain the convivial vibe, you can make your way to the patio. The food is consistently wonderful at Giuseppe's. Tonight, we had Margherita pizza, which was the best that I've had in or around Vegas; an amazingly delicious garlic-butter crust, perfect cheese, just the right amount of basil, and a large (eighteen-inch) size that was plenty of food for four people, alongside a caesar salad. In the past, I have enjoyed the chicken piccata quite a lot, and the chicken parmesan is a vast quantity of food. There's basically no way to go wrong here; from the bread to the dessert, everything is going to be good. The servers really know how to treat their guests. They are gentlemen through and through. Tonight, our teenage son expressed a little disappointment that we didn't get their wonderful bread (served free with entree orders, but not with pizza or salad); the waiter heard this and promptly deposited a plate of bread in front of us, with a smile. For my birthday, the waiter insisted that he bring a gratis cannoli with a candle, and he sang "Happy Birthday" with gusto. The cannoli was a decadent, delicious delight. The damage for this entire feast? $37 + tip. For four people. In 2024. It seems nearly impossible, but that was in fact the price. We were thrilled. We'll be back to Giuseppe's regularly, and we never hesitate to recommend it to anybody who wants to know where to get good Italian food in a nice atmosphere. read more
