Stopped for dinner at Timbers on St. Rose parkway. The restaurant is clean and the staff was nice. The food was great. Couldn't have been happier! Definitely a great experience. They have outside patio seating as well as indoor seating.

Stopped in as we were in the area for a late lunch. It was not my first time there. I loved the outside decor but the inside dining room was a bit dark. My fiancé orders the Yosemite club and he enjoyed it. Was piled high with turkey and bacon and the bread was lightly toasted. Mom ordered the special pot roast with red mashed potatoes and green beans. The roast was amazing with tons of flavor and super tender. The au jus was wonderful and the potatoes were creamy! I ordered the fiesta chicken salad. A bit disappointing. The chicken was flavorful but the lettuce was on the wilted side and not enough corn and black bean salsa

Early morning breakfast on Mother's day with friends. This is one of the few bars serving breakfast on the wee hours of the morning. Decent place. Nice and clean. They buzz you in as it was really early in the morning. I ordered from their late nite bites, chicken fingers with fries. Serving came also with your choice of sauce, celery and carrots on the side. My friends ordered the fish tacos, steak and eggs, and the little bear breakfast which was still a huge serving despite being called little. Typical bar fares but food were tasty and satisfying. Good spot to hang out with friends.

Hard to decide 2 stars or 1 star. Well the location was open and we did finally receive some food and we ate the little we were given, ok so in my mind 2 stars is fair. Not attempting to Karen here, however any type of disapproval these days gets met with a judgement no matter how constructive you try to be-will never go back to this location again. It was decent when they opened it a few years ago; Now just another dying Vegas bar. Service was the worst ever. She took our order and disappeared into thin air. Other lady brought out the food ($15 for 6 wings and 17 French fries) I asked her about a more reasonable amount of fries, she said she would bring more and agreed it was not "the normal amount" then she disappeared also. Never brought anything. Ok so the 1 drink I was given moments after seating is empty. Left it on the front edge of the table, no refills or different employees that went by paid it any attention. Got up, went to the bar to ask bartender for a refill and a male server came by table asked my bride if she needed anything (where did this guy come from/ first person since getting food 20? minutes ago that stopped) and I was able to request just 1 single refill please, and tell the kitchen I never got my French fries. He brought me a refill, said he knew nothing about fries. The first invisible lady suddenly appeared with the $43 table check. Wow. 3 fingers mild, 6 chicken wings teriyaki, less fries combined than a McDonald's large fries order and don't forget the 1 refill for the 2 drinks that I had to chase down. Didn't bother to ask my phone number so I could get my points for the meal. Yeah goodbye Timbers on st. Rose. Never again. Not that my local ass coming to your bar to eat mattered anyways.

I came here because it was next to the hotel i was staying at i had fond memories of the Timbers brand i visited over a decade ago in other areas of town. I watched a Hockey game, had drinks and ate. FOOD: The kettle chips and onion dip appetizer was very good, but that's about it. The Burger and fries i had were mediocre and tasted like old dirty fryer grease. Nothing at all stood out. ATMOSPHERE: Nothing notable, the bar was clean and looked new. the vibe wasn't anything spectacular. The service, though prompt, was rather cheerless and uninspiring. There isn't one thing i can think of that would deliberately draw me into this establishment. I'm not suggesting it is a substandard business by far, just doesn't stand out to me as something other than your run of the mill tavern ......just as If i was a Henderson local and lived on this side of town and it was convenient, i wouldn't skip the place entirely either.

I was hot and also needed to charge my car. I saw that there was a charger in the timbers parking lot, so I stopped. Went in and just got a glass of water and garden salad. Nothing special. However, the bartender Elisa was very sweet and didn't snub me for not ordering a drink. She kept my water full. My salad was ready in what seemed like seconds. It was a great break from the heat. The place was clean and welcoming, and they gave me a great military discount. I will be back a lot! This was a very pleasant experience, and thank you timbers for your support of us soldiers it means the world. I sadly didn't take a Pic of my food bc it was just a salad, but boy, was I wrong it was delicious. Plus my car charged crazy fast! I'm glad I choose to try something new!

Delicious Beer-Battered Fish and Chips, they make the chips fresh!!!

This patio is fairly large, is covered, has fans and misters. Our service was great each visit. Both of our servers were attentive and provided great service. We really like the service and environment on the first visit that we decided to bring visiting family and friends to Eureka! They also thought the place and food was good. The "chips" on the fish and chips meal was so good. It's a bummer that I don't see the Korean Beef Franchos on their menu anymore. The potatoes went perfectly together with the Korean Beef. I liked the vibe and atmosphere right away. We came in on a Wednesday night as a party of five, and the service started off strong. We were greeted warmly, seated quickly, and our server was friendly and helpful. They recommended a few drinks and food options for us to try, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, things started to slow down after that. It took quite a while for someone to come back and take our order, and then it took even longer for the food to arrive. At that point, my first impression was definitely starting to change. We ordered the carrot cake for dessert, and while it was delicious, we once again had a long wait before it came out. Unfortunately, waiting for food and drinks became the trend throughout the night. As far as the menu goes, there was a good selection of food and drinks. I went with the Cobb Salad as a wrap, while the rest of the group ordered the fried pickles, nachos, and the Eureka! American Burger. The fried pickles were a hit, the nachos were pretty good, and everyone enjoyed the burger. Overall, I liked the atmosphere, menu selection, and the food we tried. However, considering the prices, the service didn't quite meet my expectations, especially for a Wednesday night. The long waits between ordering, receiving our food, and getting dessert took away from what could have been a much better experience. I'd still be open to coming back because there were definitely some positives, but I'd hope the service is more consistent next time.

It appeared they had 2 waitresses to cover the entire footprint outside of the bar and our small group had waited 15 minutes before I finally decided to get up from the tall table against the wall that we were at and go to the bar to order drinks and asked the bartender if there was a server for the area we were in, she said yes and I asked if she would send them over so we can order food. Another 10 minutes later, someone comes over and takes our food order...and that's after my husband was told by a waitress in the area that we weren't in her section so she couldn't help us....but then later comes over to us after we have our food to check on us and see if we need anything....uhm what?!? All this while the manager is laughing it up with this couple at the bar...while facing us. Made eye contact with him several times and the way he was friendly with these other customers was not the same service he was giving to anyone else. He saw us without drinks, saw us with menus and no one approaching to take our order and still did not move from the behind the bar, but was also seen helping with drinks for everyone seated at the bar....when there were already 2 bartenders there. The food was okay, but I was already so frustrated with the lack of service and the service we did get was severely lacking....I just wanted to finish eating and leave. A friend brought up going back to watch one of the VGK playoff games since it's close to where we live, but I just could not be convinced to go and deal with such poor customer service again. It's a bummer because they have a lot of nice seating surrounding the bar...but the service seems to be focused on people sitting at the bar. Oh well! Plenty of other bars in the area!

Service could have been a bit better, but I do understand it was a weekday and there probably weren't very many servers working. It took a very long time to have our server greet us and take our orders. We didn't get straws with our drink and had to wait so long to flag someone down for one. When we did see our server, she was nice and friendly though so there is that. The food was fantastic and very much made up for the not so great service. The pancakes are huge and taste great. I love that they offer extra crispy bacon. I wish there were more accompaniments I could pay for to add to the grits (they were the only thing I thought was bland and needed something else.) Overall, I'd absolutely eat here again, expecting that the service will be bad but the food will be good.
