Went to The Lodge on Stephanie for my friend's 27th birthday and had such a great experience. We arrived later in the evening around 10:30 PM with a pretty large group, and the young gentleman serving us was incredibly patient, attentive, and accommodating the entire night. One thing that made the evening feel extra special was the layout of the restaurant. The Lodge has multiple seating areas, so our group ended up having a semi-private dining experience that made the celebration feel much more intimate and relaxed. The drinks were delicious, the food was excellent, and the overall service was genuinely wonderful. It's rare to find a place that still delivers great energy and hospitality later at night, but The Lodge absolutely did. We'll definitely be back! read more

I typically don't give a lot of reviews, if it's great and something stands out and I just have to share. Or the opposite side of the coin, it was/ just so bad is in my mind just complete lack of caring and love or maybe just laziness . We have tried this place twice and shame on me cause I should have learned my lesson the first time. I just wanted plain fingers and fries w/ sauce and ranch. Finger are frozen and fried just enough to have a consistency of wet rubber, fries are limp soggy and pathetic like sprinkling pepper on them somehow makes it better instead of salt. And the sauce is broken. All for $16.50 . And the cherry on top, apparently it doesn't come with ranch. Which in my mind is crazy as hell! Who doesn't eat finger and fries with ranch or blue cheese? I stopped in here last night to meet my friend's who were on this side of town. I got a little confused when I walked in due to them having 3 doors & wondered "hum, which one did my friends go into?". I knew the door for the restaurant wasn't it but I didn't know between the other two of which side to go into so I called my friend who guided me to the correct door. I was there about midnight & it wasn't busy at all for a Friday night. The establishment was organized, clean & modern. They have some tumble weeds as light fixtures which didn't look real & was kinda tacky & didn't really fit their decour. The side we were on was called The Lodge on Stephanie. There was a good size dining room area behind the bar which wasn't open. The bathrooms are next to it & when I went to go use the bathroom is was very cold in the dining room (had to walk thru) & in the bathroom. The other side was more fancy. You can see each areas thru the glass windows inside. I joined my friend's @ the bar & decided to play some video poker & it ate my $40 and I didn't end up winning. I would have moved to a different machine if I wasn't there with my friend's. The bartender was Doc who was friendly & my friend Carlton was conversing with him about the sports. I'm glad my friends had come here since I've been eyeing the establishment after it opened whenever I would drive by it. I'd definitely come back & hope to have better luck gambling. The first time i came here i was offended that they ask me for my card but no one else in the bar had too i felt that was super weird also i didn't fell wanted having to hold on my card before i order food . My husband wanted to give this place a chance again so i said okay but i didn't want to everything was good maybe because i went around 6 pm there was bartended name Brittany who really set the tone where others follow behind her greeting and being so welcome even the red head the food was amazing That i wanted to come But Returning today it's a no for me to be honest that same interaction was missing even to the point asking about a couple appetizers where she didn't want to answer the question rush through saying she would be back which took a minute i normally sit at the bar but i had to sit at the table after waiting on her i decided to go to the bar the same red head that was there the following day her energy was way off even the guy behind the bar eating didn't waste no time to ignore me sitting there not once say anything so I'm not sure why he was there After waiting i just wanted to pay for my drink even asking that was a problem . Sunday morning means Bloody Mary's and Football. This place has something for everyone. There is a family friendly dining room, a lounge and a gaming bar. There were plenty of tv's and the drinks come out at a steady pace. Our server Bella was great. The food was made fresh and the portions are abundant. Everything was really good. Let me say service in the bar was excellent! Low stars are for a 13.25 pint Michelada and 9.00 for a coors light. We were casually gambling and told if we don't lose 20.00 per drink it won't be comped. 2 coors light bottles and 1 michelada plus being charged 4.50 for Clamato - we won't be back, as a local, those prices are crazy. We stopped in for lunch and noticed they have a separate dining room from the bar. The dining area was empty so we sat in the bar and there were quite a few smokers which we aren't used to coming from California. With that said, the service and food were really good. The bartender was busy on her phone and vaping, didn't wash her hands after doing so very unsanitary. Ordered the patty melt, very dry and needed a lot of ketchup just to eat. Server was nice and took our drink + food orders (an omelette and a sandwich) but food did not come out for 45 minutes. At that point we let them know we had to leave and they were still saying the food was almost done, which is what they said 25 minutes after we placed our order with her. Very confusing entry. We didn't see a host stand to check in upon entering the restaurant side of the establishment. We ended up walking through the bar area and into another room that looked more like a restaurant to find an employee. The person who greeted us said to sit anywhere so we opted for the internal room which looked to be in between the bar and the lounge areas. This was also a nonsmoking room which was perfect for us. The place is nice and spacious, with cute decor and vibes. The chili which I didn't photograph was very spicy and should come with a warning either on the menu or from the server. We didn't enjoy it and thankfully we only ordered a cup but didn't even get to half of it. The seared tuna was alright, not spectacular or the freshest, very firm. The chicken was alright too. I can only remember they had two dessert items which included cheesecake and beignets. Might come here again and try entree items next time. Overall impression of food is mediocre and expensive. But the place looks good inside given that it's newly renovated. Even the lounge area looked cool from what I could see through the window. This place is like 3 places in one... do you feel like going to a sports bar? Done! Cool or romantic vibe in the velvety dark lounge? ( also less smoky)Done! or backyard rustic fun? Done! The velvety lounge is where me and my friends ended up in a nice half moon tall booth. We shared 4 appetizers and had drinks. The bar tender was friendly and attentive and made great mixed drinks. The food was great and served with sharing and presentation in mind. Each bite was delicious and well put together. We tried the Ahi tuna, beef bruschetta, lobster Mac and cheese balls and potstickers. Our favorites were the ahi and bruschetta. Pros: Atmosphere Cons: Food A modern lodge with wooden everything. High ceilings put this restaurant on a grand, airy scale. Walls decorated generously with large photographs of the desert's natural beauty. Lighting is warm and mellow, not too bright. There are a handful of faux fireplace fixtures. The restaurant is a bit confusing. Behind the front door there's a foyer with three doors. They are labeled something like "bar" and "lounge" but everywhere serves alcohol and everywhere has comfortable seating so I wasn't sure where to go. The door to the left is a dedicated gaming area with video poker at every seat. Next, there's a middle door that is exit-only. Behind that door is a comfortable lounge seating with couches, low tables and high tables. This lounge is accessed through the first room (left door), through a door all the way in the back. The final door on the right is another bar with a more modern aesthetic than the other two main rooms. The lighting is lower and the shelves behind the bar have an under glow or back glow. The three main rooms are separated by glass so the place feels large and open. The service was fine but all staff seemed oblivious to my confusion about where I was supposed to go if I wanted to drink, smoke, game or eat. Considering that the place had only been open for a week or so, I felt they could have anticipated my confusion and provided more guidance. When I asked how to get to the middle lounge room, the bartender said "just through the door" but didn't point or gesture so I went back to the front door (wrong way) instead of the back door. I walked through most of the restaurant twice or three times before another guest told me how to get to the room where I wanted to go. Nice of him but should be the staff's responsibility. Or, better yet, should be explained by more clear signage. I ordered nachos and they were pretty bad. Dry chips from a bag. Nacho sauce from a pump. Chili from a can. Puzzlingly, fresh jalapenos. I got a seed and spent a few minutes with my eyes watering, then scraped the rest off. Not the restaurant's fault but pickled jalapenos would be my first choice personally. Ambiance: The Lodge at Stephanie has three areas that can cater to what your needs are - Main Bar with the stools and high top gaming and some dining tables as well, The Lodge Lounge where there are more small Plates and "fancier" decor but louder music, and the main dining hall just past the main bar was beautifully designed and spacious. It's next to the kitchen so the expectation for service is higher understandably. When you use the main entrance (facing Chevron gas station), you will see signs stating where to go. Right is the Lounge. Left is the main bar and dining area. Now if you have kids or anyone under 21 with you, there's actually a silver door off to the left side (facing Marcos Pizza) that has a handle that is actually an entrance to the dining hall without having to pass by the music, smoke, bar, etc. But if you are in the bar area and want to move to the dining, there is a door leading through without having you exit the entire building. Service: It was about 9:45pm when we got there and after a quick tour of the entire facility, we sat down at the main dining hall and was attended to immediately. We were new to the entire Lodge franchise so we did order a lot of food to try each and every one. The server did not judge or question or do anything out of the ordinary and was pleasant all throughout the late dinner. The food came out quick and fresh and delicious. Sometimes you just have to die with your boots on... I am a big Oregon Ducks fan and we came in here tonight for the Pac 12 championship that was played in Allegiant Stadium. My Ducks ended up losing :( but let's talk about The Lodge. We came in and we were the only ones in the back area and we had to ask a couple of times to get the TVs changed to the game to make sure we saw it from the beginning. I don't know why they made us wait till the last minute but I thought that was weird having us wait 20 minutes when nobody else was in the back viewing area but us.The waitress after what seemed like a lot of prodding got to the bartender to change the TV to the game. We enjoyed a couple appetizers and some entrées. Everything was good and the drinks were flowing. This place is divided up into three different sections and it does not have the warmest feel in the area we were in. I was in there recently, and the food is really good. Gambling was fun and the service was excellent. The bar area is beautiful. The reason I am giving such a low review is that I overheard the manager talking bad about her employees. I feel that this should be done behind closed doors and not in front of customers. If you have a problem with an employee, you should take it up with that employee and not discuss employee problems with customers. The manager, Kim also inferred to the relieving bartender that they should not split the tips fairly upon checkout. I don't believe holding tips back is a conducive to a good working environment. Really not sure how this location is even in business. They came in to compete with Timbers and attempt to get their regulars but it never happened. From day 1 the service has been horrible. Not sure how you haven't fixed that after all the complaints. The food is 3 stars at best and very overpriced for bar food with those size portions. And if you are going to hire "cute" servers, at least test them for a brain too. We finally stopped in this place/location to try it out and we're glad we did. If you walk in the main entrance there's a left and right side. Left side was more tavern/gaming bar and right side was lounge like and relaxed vibe. Both sides serve food and drinks however the lounge side had additional food items we were told. We ate and drank on the lounge side. The decor is gorgeous. Velvet chairs, beautiful light fixtures, intimate table seating and a bar full of gaming. We sat at a table to eat and drink to begin with. Our server was helpful and friendly. We ordered a few items to eat. A bacon wrapped shrimp for an appetizer. It was good but not what we expected. It is breaded and fried and we thought it would be baked or grilled (it was still tasty). We each ordered a sandwich for a meal; I had the blackened chicken wrap which I thought would be good but it was SO salty. I think the chef used a ton of seasoning or something but it was just salty. My husband had a dip sandwich which was served great. He said it tasted good minus the tater tots (again, those were salty). I tried a specialty recommended key lime drink and it was great. I also had a fun gin drink which was purple due to the gin. We ended our visit at the bar to gamble a bit and our bartenders were very helpful and friendly too! Finally, a great new and local spot to watch sports, game, hang out, and eat delicious food. I highly suggest the cajun pasta and a basket of regular fries. There are two bars. New place we thought we'd try out. BIG waste of time. We walked in, not sure if we should go left or right. We chose right. We seated ourselves without any acknowledgment from anybody. We were at a table for probably 10 minutes when the waitress wizzed by and said "I'll be right with you." No menu, no drinks, no nothing. We watched as she got another table some drinks, then she went clear to the other side of the room. After 15 minutes of not even being greeted with "Welcome to The Lodge" , we left. Now the waitress is running after us. "I'm sorry we're just really busy." We understand the short staff issues, but everyone of the employees should be involved or engaged. This incident will result in us never coming back. Not sure they will survive with this kind of customer service. *To the owners of The Lodge, you need to focus on making your locations a better restaurant rather then expanding. Once you've determined what's behind doors number one, two and three the food and service is quite good. Three separate venues in one location just as other reviews mentioned. Had the pepperoni and sausage pizza which was enough for two. Dark wood paneling and cozy booths in the "sports bar" section provided viewing of several televisions for sport programs.
